To be honest the food is not the best but it is convenience because I go to a school across the street from the restaurant but today I went to the store on my lunch break ready to get something to eat I did not have any cash on me but I only had $20 and some change on my card so I decided to use the ATM machine to do a withdrawal I complete the withdrawal but I did not receive the cash it took the money off of my card but the machine did not give me any money so I go to the counter and tell them what happens they tell me I have to call the number that is on the ATM machine I called the number the phone rang they pick up and they hang up on me I tell a man who was very rude that work there that was all the money that I had to eat for today and if they could just reimburse me the money that the ATM machine took from me after waiting my whole lunch break in half an hour finally he gets on the phone with someone and they must’ve told him to not give me the money and for me to call the ATM owner and he would reimburse me the money that I did not receive now after waiting a half an hour to get this situation resolved thanking that they would have good customer service and just reimburse me the money that was taken from me but that did not happen they have very bad customer service skills here as someone who does business with you you do not treat your customers that way I will never do business at this restaurant ever again even though it...
Read moreA complete rip off and they must know it. On the menu they have pasta with garlic and olive oil for $8.99. BUT THE PASTA IS AN EXTRA $6.99. You choose either spaghetti or ziti and it bumps up the price to $16.00. I didn't even notice until after I paid. And I didn't even get to the quality. There was a cup MAYBE TW0 cups of olive oil and most of it had spilled out into the plastic bad and soaked through the paper plates and napkins they gave and the pizza box. The broccoli was only stem pieces. There was absolutely no garlic and the I don't think even salt was added. I don't even think they put salt in the water when they cooked the pasta. I put a pantry's worth of seasoning to try and save this but ended up throwing it away. My husband tried to comfort me by telling me that the calzone he ordered was also completely unseasoned. They are ripping people off plain and simple. How could you care so little to put out such garbage. I've put out not great food before and it has kept me up at night. I hope they read this. I hope they wake up and remember that there are people on the other side eating the food you are sending away in Ubers. Just cuz you don't see...
Read moreWe live nearby so have been reluctantly ordering their food for the past year; although I have no idea why this place received good reviews because the store is unkempt, the staff is never friendly, and the food is very oily. Today was the last straw; we had ordered an Italian hogie and received a tuna. Simple mistake, so we returned the wrong order so that they can make the correct one. The manager was upset, saying it was our fault for ordering the wrong sandwich. The cook then PICKED HIS NOSE, stormed to the back, and started making the Italian hogie with his dirty hands. This is definitely the worst experience that has ever happened to us. A manager was there, and said nothing. I am truly puzzled; if you own an establishment you have to care at least the tiniest bit for the customer. They will not be seeing us again, and I had to warn you of their bad hygiene and lack of basic...
