Oriental Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could leave zero stars I would. My order came to $70.00. they dropped my food off to the wrong house at first and then I had to wait another hour for them to bring my food to my correct address. Once I received it half my order was wrong and nothing tasted even half decent. It tasted like they cooked it in raw sewage. Then when I called back they said no drivers were willing to drop my food off again so I walked in the rain, gave them my food back in exchange for the right food for the third time and when I entered the store it was like walking into a sloppy messy persons smelly bedroom, clothes on the floor by the window front, wires all over the floor with vapes plugged in and a stereo blasting music. It was the most inappropriate unsanitary unprofessional spot I have ever witnessed in my life I could not wrap my head around how this place was open for business selling food they should not have been able to serve let alone sell. After seeing this place I came home and gave the food to my dogs and got burnt for my money. Complete absolute waste of money and time. When most people don't understand about this restaurant is the fact that it's extremely dirty extremely inefficient and is not run well. It does not make the orders as doordash or Uber eats or GrubHub puts them in and it most certainly does not care about the quality of the standards is quick in a certain way but it's easy. I'm using very few punctuations cuz I can't be bothered you don't know about the mice or the flies or the health department coming in multiple times. You also don't know about the driver's abuse when the orders are not made exactly when they walk into the shop you do not understand the fact that they do not use gloves or they smoke on the line over the food or if things drop they pick it up and put it in the fryer you do not understand that they don't care about allergies so if you say no ship or no pork same utensils are being you used at this restaurant I'm not parsing words I'm not editing this I wish I could put pictures on this so that you can actually see what goes on in that restaurant for everybody that orders online just walk into that restaurant and take a look at the dirt and the grime and the condition of...

Beyond appalled at this establishment. We would order from here as a go to Chinese restaurant and our interaction with them tonight has been beyond weird and has turned us off completely from ever even thinking to order again. My friend had his number literally BLOCKED from the restaurant when he made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing and tried to correct it by calling the restaurant. When we did actually reach them the establishment told him “ the manager will call you back shortly, keep this line open”.. y’all we never received a call back and its been at least 20-30 minutes. The woman that answers the phone is extremely dismissive and kept asking why we were calling and what we were calling about.. we called about 8 times because the manager NEVER called back. I do not trust them with our food at this point.
