McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I received an uber order from them 20 minutes ago, I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns. Only received the sandwiches and I cannot guess why unless the workers either somehow forgot 4 items which doesn’t make sense or they purposely didn’t put them in the bag because they didn’t want to make more or they were out. Mc Donald’s out of hash browns though is literally impossible. I always have problems here with the uber orders with employees missing multiple items and I’m not sure why.The bag was sealed so it’s not like my uber driver robbed me. If they were out they could have asked the driver to call me to swap the items or something or even just put something else in the bag but I doubt that was the issue so the workers in return would rather have me pay for nothing. I’ll consider changing my rating after I see an improvement in service quality. For any viewers DO NOT ORDER UBER OR DOORDASH FROM HERE. I’ve Never had a problem with any other Mc Donald’s. This place gets my orders with missing items every single time so I can only assume it’s on purpose at this point. Any manager reading this I’d start checking the Uber, GrubHub and DoorDash orders before the bag is sealed because clearly your workers are either incompetent, overly stressed and can’t manage to see if items are missing, or they are purposely ruining your business. Best of wishes manager! Hopefully you figure out this constant problem. If you need a new worker that can handle rushes of customers and uber orders I’m here for hire to show you what a real competent...

I posted three pictures, one was buckets of dirty water dripping from the ceiling on to the Mc Cafe prep area, another was the actual ceiling leaking and the last one was how chaotic it was... When someone orders food, it goes on the screen to the kitchen. There was at least three crew members screaming in to the kichen asking for sandwiches and nuggets, wow I would be frustrated if I worked there. Seems Drive-thru gets priority when it comes to service. They would take the front counters orders to move the cars quickly. That explains why all the repeated screaming for the sandwiches. The irony is, the reason how I got to notice all of this, it is because I actually waited over 10 minutes just for a regular value meal Double Quarter pounder, it was dried. Seems they had it in the holding bin longer then it should. I honestly hope that I do not come here again. Crew members always seem to be upset or sad for some reason, I've been here at least three times. I prefer to go to the one on Castor Avenue, it is cleaner and the re are two regular counter ladies that always smile at me. One seems Indian looking and the other looks American and has dark skin. I hope the owner operator of this location truly care for this establishment and help his or her crew be the best they can be.... It can be better, I've seen better.... Kudos to the crew on...

Drive thru was very long...They told me to pull over and yet I waited even longer! When the employee pulled up to my car she brought me my order incomplete. She than took my supposedly food to other cars to see if it belongs to the other cars waiting. While she was going through the bag touching the food more than once. I told her I made a big order and I have 6 drinks also. I told her I was done waiting and I was going to go inside and get the whole order corrected she told me it was okay that I didn't have too but I told her no that I was going inside. Once I walked inside I saw alot of teenagers laughing it up in the register and dont have a clue what's going on. I feel if they got the order messed up the least they could of do was fill my drinks up since I have waited so long....nope they just passed me cups and the food. I was so close to ask for my money back! The only reason why I didn't was because my kids had wanted Mc Donald's. I didn't even get an apology which shows no good service. I work in customer service for many years and sorry to say that the service that I was given was not good at all. I spent $40 for food that I wanted to just trash! McDonald's need to step it up cause right about now you lost me...
