McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This is the worst "Fast food" restaurant chain in the City of Philadelphia. This is based upon customer service, product and cleanlyness of this establishment.Customers Service - the people that take your order and take your money act as if you are bothering them when you pull up to the windows there is no acknowledgement of the customer because they are either playing around/joking around with coworkers now when you pull down to the second window the experience gets worst they barely open the window and trust your food out the window without checking to see if the order is correct forcing you to park and go in (defeating the idea of driving thru) or you have to spin around and get back in the line attempting to rectify the issue.... oh and you might be saying to yourself by doing all that won't your food be cold NO WORRIES with that because most of the time they hand it to you cold or luke warm. The other day I placed a order payed pull up to the second window looking for my purchase they asked me to pull to side because my order wasn't quite ready COOL that's not a problem no need of holding people behind me hostage but here's where the problem happens at 3:14pm I was asked to pull to the side buy the time 3:27pm was showing I had to spin around and get back in line once they saw my car spin them and only then did they start scrambling for my food No wonder the businesses across the street "Wendy's and Chick-fil-a" are booming from...

I went to get a happy meal for a child, with the Halloween bucket, they girl gave me the middle finger when I corrected her on the sauce for the child, then 2 blocks away from the establishment, (when I delivered it) the nuggets were old, cold and chewy, the kid said what’s wrong with these? Didn’t even do the double fries, which thank god, cause the only edible thing was the apples in a pre packages bag! When I checked the fries they were half way warm, but soggy and old, also! Who does this? People that don’t care! Get workers that care! It’s simple as that and your establishment will be much better! Who has money to waste? So tired of this! And that’s why I’m making this review! Grow up and get better workers, this is a business! And care about people, not enough of that in the world! This happened numerous times (from this establishment), just now I’m speaking up! It’s time! It’s not that hard! Do your job, and care! I hope the next meal and money you spend is wasted and you get the same customer service (owner)! Thanks a lot for ruining a kids dinner, ashamed to say that, as no kid should be eating McDonald’s for dinner but sometimes that’s all they got! The worst, my own meals have been ruined too, (many times) but I never said anything, (and still continued to support you) but to see this child’s face and confirm it! Shame on...

I reluctantly accepted a delivery for this location and when I get there, the speaker is automated saying that they are closed. I went to the window to see if they had the order anyway and they said no because they were closed. This is a complete lie. The order went through to your system and you’re lazy and didn’t want to work and probably unplugged it so you don’t have to see the orders constantly coming in (I received a lot of other offers to pick up deliveries from this location).

I contacted support so they could cancel the order without it effecting my rates. They asked me to take a picture of the hours of operation for proof. I get out of the car and go to the main door...... no hours listed at all anywhere. I checked the other door...... nothing there either. I walk up to the drive through window and finally get a small nearly transparent hours of operation see picture

I took a picture of the girl at the window that claimed that the were closed. She asked why I was taking her picture. Because you have no mask on and you are in fact open. Her response was just...
