Pete's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My co workers and I always ordered from here in the morning. This is mainly the only place open early hours at our nursing facility. I always patronize this place and spend good money here. The managers there are VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. I had a large order the other day and the food was nasty and greasy and the fries were burnt, not to mention the rude and nasty delivery guy who couldnt speak English clearly and couldnt find my establishment so he got nasty with me even though im a regular customer. I spoke with the female manager who proceeded to tell me that the grease was old and thats why my fries cand out that way. She also proceeded to say she couldn't do anything about my order and that my order would come out the same way (slightly done, runny cheese, greasy chicken and sauce) because it was hot outside. I was I'm pleased with how she handled this situation to which she did NOTHING at all I decided to call back the next day and spoke with the main manager Kareem. The VERY next day i thought the situation was under control due to the fact that I'm loyal paying customer and he also took my name and number and told ne he would handled it and give me a call back (which he never did). So because i havent heard back from him i called back the next day still unpleased because nothing was handled still and he got indignant with me and proceeded to tell me he wasn't fixing the situation and got loud and rude. How is giving some one 50 % off the next time they order is a fair exchange after I was told my fries was made in old grease and that my food would come back the same if I reordered this grease slop they sent me. السلام عليكم THIS IS KIND OF LENGTHY😬 Really wish I read the reviews before placing an order but my son sent me the number and this was the only place open after 9:30p Sunday night. They told me I couldn’t order all flats or half drums, half flats but sent me a 20piece of all drums🤨 Then the pizza was too wet like the cheese moved and I hate when that happens. Not knowing how their pizza tasted I probably shouldn’t have ordered extra cheese huh?!😩 The buffalo wings weren’t bad hence me placing an order the 2nd time….and giving 2star for the food. Really don’t enjoy paying for something I have to settle for like 20drums. HUGE mistake😩 My son normally eat the drums and I eat the flats. Even if it’s from the Chinese store…that’s just how we do it. Although they sent all drums I gave them another play tonight…. 👎🏾 bad idea. They sent 20more drums and they smelled burnt. Like ok I asked for well done but they weren’t and still smelled burnt. So I called and asked the young lady who took my order if I can speak with the manager or who’s ever n charge and she said “I’m the manager” I legit said “Oh my God”. She take and say well you just said they weren’t well done but now you’re saying they smell burnt. I’m like “well that’s b/c they’re not well done but do smell burnt. It doesn’t even instruct well done on the ticket.” Then she took and said “well when the driver pick them up just make sure all the wings are in there”. I replied “Oh don’t worry they’ll all be in there and you can take a whiff when you get them back.”🙄 So hate when they get smart vs just apologizing and righting the wrong. Had me waiting over an hour for a 20piece buffalo wing and the store only 2.9miles away....

Ordered tonight from Pete's after ordering from them the previous night. Tonight I ordered from them 2/22/2020 and they messed up my order. Delivery guy said you have to call the store. I call and told the first person who answered the phone something was missing from my order. I got hung up on. Then i call back and the guy i spoke with gave me a mouth full instead of just saying i apologize we will send out the missing friedm it was on my ticket how you forget the fries they come with the platter i ordered. And your menu needs to be updated of u only get French fries with the platters the menu says 2 sides. Smh. Update your menus if things changed. And the pizza I received tonight was burnt the pepperoni was the night before it was better. Disappointed tonight. Now it's almost been an hour and still havent received my missing food. I should of been priority and delivered before the other orders. It's not like you give a time frame of how long it will take. They messed up my order and didnt even bother to send what was missing after I called and the guy on the phone got nasty because I just asked for the missing item that I paid for. Sad how no one brought my stuff last night. Got a cheeseburger platter without fries. You messed up should of been on top of it to fix...
