Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

They don't even deserve one star. I've been here twice and the first time I waited over a half hour for my food after dealing with cashiers who have no customer service skills whatsoever. Tonight was the second and I will never go back. I went in a half hour before closing so I expected that they would possibly not have everything but these unskilled workers rung me up and after told me they didn't have more than half of what I ordered. I asked for a minute and went out to the car to explain to my partner that they didn't have this or that and these workers were pointing at me and laughing talking amongs one another. Did I miss the joke? So I go back in and go back and forth with these workers about timing on making things and what not. I ask to speak to a manager, He sends the girl back saying she can make this and that for me and I explained that I don't care for the food at this point and I asked to speak to a manager. He finally comes up to the front and barely speaks a word of english so I tried to explain the situation and he laughs in my face. I then asked for his name and corporates number and he throws a receipt my way and says calls them. I again asked for his name and he screamed for me to "stop talking so much" and swats his hand near my face. Bottom line, Go to any other Popeyes besides this no skill,...

this is my first and last time attending a Popeyes I’m very disgusted Today I happened to stop by after a long day of work didn’t feel like cool I ordered a 8 pice family meal side of mash potatoes upon opening my mash potato I see gravy I’m not very big on gravy begin to eat it till I noticed a pice of meat what appeared to be beef or pork I take my mash potatoe back to the cashier and I asked them what is the gravy made with the cashier tells me pork this is where the issue begins due to my religious it is prohibit to eat pork I’am Hindu I don’t eat beef neither But that’s a personal choice now I feel like Popeyes should make their customers know that the gravy contains pork I’m extremely upset and disappointed I didn’t eat enough to make me sick but the thought of it makes me feel like I disappointed my god. Please Popeyes have a bit more respect for others and their religion as well as health..be carful someone can be allergic to an ingredient that can cause a medical emergency...

I have gone to this popeyes for a very long time. I have never had a bad experience going here. I went to popeyes on a sunday with my family and we order some food which added up to $32 and they charge me for the meal. After a month goes by I was taking a look at my bank account to see if the I had gotten my money back from a package I had returned to amazon and I noticed that I was being charger $32 from popeyes at 2pm which was confusing because I was in school when the purchase was made. I had thought my card had been stolen, when I looked in my wallet I had my card. I had to call my bank and they said they would fix the problem but I would not be able to use my card for a week! Because of my bank account had been locked I could not fill my car with gas or buy groceries for the week. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS POPEYES...
