I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the subpar service and food quality I experienced during my recent visit to your establishmentAs a regular patron of Chipotle, I have come to expect a certain level of excellence from your brand, which unfortunately was severely lacking during my visit.
First and foremost, I must address the conduct of your cashier, Avonna. Her demeanor was outright rude and unwelcoming, which significantly marred my dining experience from the outset. As a customer, I believe it is imperative to be treated with respect and courtesy, attributes that were sorely absent in my interaction with her.
Moreover, the quality of the food served was far below the standards I have come to associate with Chipotle. The rice was overcooked to the point of being mushy, and the chicken was disappointingly dry and lacking in seasoning. These shortcomings not only detracted from the overall taste but also left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened.
Furthermore, I was dismayed to find that the dining area was not properly maintained and appeared unclean. A restaurant of Chipotle's reputation should uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, yet this was regrettably not the case during my visit.
I must emphasize that such an experience is entirely at odds with the positive encounters I have had at other Chipotle locations. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the professionalism of your staff. However, the shortcomings I encountered have left me questioning whether I can continue to patronize your establishment with confidence.
In light of the aforementioned issues, I urge you to take swift and decisive action to address these concerns. This may include reevaluating staff training protocols, implementing stricter quality control measures, and ensuring that cleanliness standards are rigorously upheld. Additionally, I kindly request that appropriate disciplinary action be taken regarding the conduct of Avonna.
I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the integrity of your brand. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope to see Chipotle regain its standing as a paragon of excellence in the fast-casual dining industry.

Read moreThis place was literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, first as soon as we walk in the employee that was going to take our orders got upset that they had to serve us, the food cold, food serving area was literally messy, you can tell they don’t clean their area that is so unsanitary, everything mixed together basically, he served us barely any food at all, rice was super hard, meat was super cold, and the guy serving us literally had an attitude. Mind you the time we came to this place was at 8:20 pm and their restaurant is suppose to close at 11pm, they literally was all not doing their jobs already putting everything away like if they were closing more people coming in to order they kept getting upset, like why you getting upset for if you are suppose to close at 11pm not 8:30 pm 😏 it was ridiculous.
