Ok, I'll start with saying the service was super professional and everyone was nice and easy going. I'll follow with saying the inside was bright and vibrant and pretty clean. Next I'll say that the Texas toast is the star hands down, perfectly toasted with the right amount of butter and flavor bursting thru. With that being said, everything else is overrated and type mid. Not nasty by any means, but had my son not been begging to try it due to the social media trends, I would've been fine passing on this grease bomb. The chicken strips didn't leave much to desire flavor wise but were fresh out the fryer so that's a good thing. The fries needed salt but again they were hot and fresh so that's a semi plus as well. The cane sauce is nothing but ketchup and mayo with pepper. And the Cole slaw looks ways better than it tastes. So ultimately, the service and environment made this visit most worth while. The food was nothing out of the ordinary. If I was in the neighborhood l'd revisit for my kids and would probably pass since I have adult taste buds.

Today I ordered a 4-peice chicken tender combo. I typically like grabbing something to eat from raising cane's, but today was thee absolute worst. One cashier operating the register, 4 employees behind going absolutely nowhere, as in two of them were talking, the third & fourth were actually trying to fulfill orders. There 3-4 in that back, and they looked as if they were playing around back there while they were working. It was 4 of us in line waiting and 3 other's in front of me. The manager was walking back and forth "monitoring", however when the line's become long like that, and you're not going to put another employee on the register, then you take the lead and hop on the register and get the line moving.... it's sad to say but people lack a sense of urgency anymore. By the time I got my food, the fries were absolutely cold. This was my first time being disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and food from raising cane's. With that being said, it will also be my last time.

I love the service. I love how clean, new, and big the space is. My only downfall is that the fries can be a little more crispy and everything needed a bit more seasoning. The chicken is white meat so it's more healthy and cooked perfectly but I wish it was a bit more crisp on the outside. Cold slaw is so good. For about 10 bucks you can get a solid quick meal to grab and go. It's not choice of fried chicken but it's location is perfect for students who need something to just get a quick fill but if I had to choices to where to grab my chicken tenders this may not be my first pick.

“I regularly come to Raising Cane’s to pick up orders, and the staff already know me. On my last visit, I was treated with clear disrespect. I was waiting in line, but one employee took another customer’s order and then walked away. She pretended to be busy, looking around as if searching for something, but it was obvious that she was just ignoring me.

I may be a delivery driver, but I am not stupid — I can see when someone is avoiding serving me. In the end, I waited about 20 minutes before I was finally helped. Being a courier should not mean being treated as less important. I am still a paying customer, and above all, a person. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.

What makes it even more upsetting is that I actually like the food here. The kitchen is good, the meals are tasty, and I sometimes order for myself to eat. That’s why it feels especially disappointing to be treated this way.

I do not wish anything bad to anyone. I only want to remind you that couriers...
