Read moreBad customer service. We ordered from the app at 9:48am and the app told us estimated time will be 7-8 mins. we got there around 10:05am. We ordered two hot honey almond milk flat white and two warmed butter croissants. When we got there at 10:05, our coffee are ready. And I kindly asked the guy at the pick up counter to confirm that my order for the two missing croissants. He was helpful and double check for me and told me it will be coming soon. So I was there waiting for another 10 mins. People who where were there after me all got there order and left. So I double check with the other girl who makes drink again. Her name is ANGIE. She started to give us attitude said just wait at the pick up counter, people will come to you. And we told her we have been waiting for almost 20-30mins, she said that people steal things, we can’t do anything if people steal your orders. If you are not willing to wait, I will refund you. I told her, can you just hand me the croissants, we don’t need you to warm them. She didn’t listen, and keep saying that I will refund to you if you don’t want to wait. BUT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 20 MINS for two croissants. So don’t try to tell the customer not waiting and accuse customer of steeling orders. The cashier MICHELLE, also with ANGIE, we saw the croissants was out and ready, and we asked again and tell them we just want our croissants, they said if you want them, you need to wait. Read moreTerrible service!! I ordered a white hot after waiting over 15 minutes in line just for it to taste horrible. I asked for blonde espresso bag and was told I had to come in to get it which I have never been told at any other starbucks so when I asked well do you have it in stock I was told to wait let them check and magically now they were able to ring me up at the drive thru which tells me that they just didn't want to grab it. Finally I get up to the window for them to take my money and give me a horrible drink that was half way full and the wrong coffee in which now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund so now i have no coffee because the coffee is so expensive i cannot spend 30 bucks on coffee in one day, I was so disappointed in service because service was never this bad at a starbucks.. when I pulled off I took a sip of my disgusting drink than had to park and come in bc it was too terrible to tolerate..I was Than standing at the counter waiting patiently to be greeted even with a "someone will be with you"...I got nothing...even when I said "excuse me, hello?" Bc I was waiting too long yet again...I was still completely IGNORED!! I was in disbelief and still am that's why I had to write this review .. someone finally answered me made my drink over it was the same person who had to come and issue my refund so maybe she was a manager but if she was she did absolutely nothing to make anything better not even upgrade my size of drink or offer the alternative of putting my refund on my account so I could get it instantly and drive to another...
