MY FOOD WAS PICKED UP @1:13 am THIS MORNING 6/25/25 & DIDN’T RECEIVE IT UNTIL 1:59am. NORMALLY, THIS MIGHT BE OK BUT IT WAS 100 degrees OUT & MY ARRIVAL TIME WAS 1:23 am as I LOVE ABOUT 7 mins AWAY!!! NO ONE WAS ANSWERING AT SUBWAY AS I WAS TRYING TO CANCEL!!! DIDN’T WANT ‘HOT COLD CUTS & CHEESE w/MAYO on THE SANDWICH!!!… I CALLED 100 times, CALLED MY DRIVER WHICH HAD HIM AT ONE LOCATION FOR OVER 1/2 WITH HIM NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS OR TEXT!!! WHEN I TEXTED HIM THT I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH DD, HE TEXTS ME THT ‘HE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT!!!’.. SUBWAY STILL NOT ANSWERING AS I DIDN’T WANT THE FOOD WHICH I’M SURE WAS DAMAGED BY NOW!!!… 4 mins LATER, MY FOOD CAME & HE LEFT IT ACCORDING TO MY INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WERE 47 MINS LATER & LOOK HOW THE SANDWICHES LOOK BELOW!!!… A HOT FUKN MESS & I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER.....

Then as I proceed to order the new Doritos nachos I told them I’m allergic to onions and I did not want lettuce or tomatoes on the nachos. I was told that it is not negotiable and that I have to eat the nachos as is i’ve never heard of this at any restaurant or fast food business in my life. These people suck. I don’t like them do not go and eat here. They are not accommodating. I hope to speak with the manager if they see this message if they don’t, then it’s piss pour on them for not reviewing...

I'm a Verizon Wireless customer, and it offers as loyalty rewards to its members additional online coupons it redeems as the retailer completes your transaction the allotted discounts you've earned each month as one of the most competitive cellular conglamorate companies, its disheartening that Subway doesn't honor them.
