I really can't say enough of a good things about the people that run this shop and work here They just really are awesome people I mean I am so grateful because I work a job where I don't get out of work until 9:30 and I love Vince's Pizza it's my favorite and I live in the Northeast but up in the Northeast they don't answer the phone after like around 9:00 sometimes 9:15 so you can't get a pizza made anytime after that but these guys will answer the phone pretty much until 10:00 and on top of that I came here tonight after ordering a pizza from my house in the Northeast because when I got home from work I thought I would be early enough to get it from the Northeast location but when I called at about 9:15 they didn't answer so I decided to call this location and it being raining I got in my car and seen that the entire pressure light was on so I had to stop and get air in my tire before I hopped on 95 I just didn't feel comfortable driving with low pressure in the rain on 95 so I did that and it caused me to be a little bit behind on schedule My GPS said I would be here by 10:07 p.m. and I know how much it sucks to have to wait around for someone after working a shift all day but these guys waited for me until I got there so I felt it necessary to give them an extra $5 but I don't think that mattered I think they would have done it anyway they're just really awesome people you got to check...

So far we’ve eaten there two times, once in-house and most recently as a pick-up. In-house: Amazing atmosphere, super friendly super helpful staff. Open floor plan seating, but surprisingly not loud or echoey. Clean! Big windows! We were a party of 6, ordered 3/4 pizzas. Maaaaaaan, it was so good! The margarita pizza was a stand out for me, a close second was one with a bunch of various meats. Ugh, and now I want the margarita pizza 😆

Which leads me to tonight’s pick-up order: The buffalo pizza is now one of my favorites! The perfect combo of chicken (the tasty kind, not those dumb cubes places try to pass as chicken), a complimenting buffalo sauce (not too spicy, but still spicy, full of flavor), blue cheese drizzle (I’m told there is a ranch option). We also had a sausage & long hots with some kind of magical whipped ricotta. It’s a specialty pizza! Spicy, savory, delicious…period.

All the pizzas we’ve had so far have been perfectly cooked, crispy thin crust, vibrant sauces. Nothing outdid the other, everything complimented the pizza as a whole. So good we drive from Delaware just to have it, so if you’re local (or passing through) do yourself a favor and try this place out! By far the...

Dave Portnoy gave Vince’s a 7.9 but I could tell he loved the pizza but didn’t get the flop and texture of their crust and gave a low score. He gave New Park in Queens a 7.9 also and described the crust the same way. New Park is one of my favorite pizzas period anywhere, so I knew I needed to try Vince’s.

I was NOT disappointed. Vince’s crust is thin, light, crispy outside and soft inside. It flops in the middle WHILE IT’S HOT. If you let it cool off alittle, the crust stiffens up and the flop goes away.

Their sauce is alittle chunky, made fresh daily and low key sweet, with decent garlic in the background.

I got a cheese and also a sausage, black olive and mushroom. Their mozz had a great flavor… noticable. The cheese pie stiffened up after ten minutes giving a nice crunch with no flop. They make their pies upside down Trenton style, with cheese on the bottom. The pie was great.

As for the other pie, their sausage is VERY fragrant and so are their black olives. The pie was amazing.

The staff was great, and I’ll definitely be making the trek into Philly periodically. I haven’t had Angelo’s, so right now Vince’s is by far my favorite Philly pie.

I give the...

WHY! has it taken me so long to order from here. I have my go tos in the neighborhood but Vince just jumped way up that list. That red pepper cheesesteak stromboli might be the best boli I’ve ever had. The cooper sharp was oozing out of every bite and the spice level was perfect, just a little hotter than most restaurants are comfortable making their food. I also ordered the Marg pizza and a small Caesar salad, both were also great… but that boli, lord have mercy that boli just hit different. I’m a Vince boli believer and will continue to spread the word until the day I die. Oh and pricing, $20 for that boli is criminal. It’s a $25 boli all day.. thank you Vince for making a middle aged man’s night.
