Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I absolutely love Wendy's food- its definitely on my top 3 favorite fast food places as the food tastes like actual real meat instead of burgers like McDonald's that are gross and slimy and make you sick to your stomach immediately after eating and running straight thru your whole system in 20 minutes after eating god knows what fake AF ingredients and chemicals they use in their so-called food; Wendy's on the other hand isn't crazy expensive like other quality fast food chains are (examples being chick fila or arbys) but even being cheaper they don't sacrifice quality beef in their burgers. I can't talk about their chicken as I have not had it personally- I stick exclusively to the son of baconator meals and burgers they are my favorite burgers out there on the fast food market today and I truly hope that they never get rid of them from their menus!! So you see how much I love Wendy's- but now I have to comment on the lowest quality service I think I've ever seen in the food industry in my entire life and that worst experience hands down was the one that I had this evening at the Wendy's on aramingo ave in Philadelphia. I waited almost 15 minutes to even have my order taken even though in was the very first person in line to order and even the manager did not seem to care not one tiny bit about getting anything done at this place at all- everybody taking their good old time to cook actual food or take orders pack orders deal with customers at all whatsoever it was truly ridiculous and I never give really bad reviews I don't hold grudges I give everyone the respect of being human and having a bad day and therefore a bad performance at work once in awhile but this place needs a whole new staff with an actual work incentive and better attitude and actual work ethic because it was completely non existent today and you could tell every employee wanted to be absolutely anywhere except where they were and they could care less about who knew how much they deposed their job which damn...

To no fault of its own, this Wendy's is in a very busy spot, making the desired experience of a speedy drive-thru a little less speedy. My wife and I went through to get the classic Frosty and fries, but had to wait behind a long line of cars. It was a nicer day, so it makes sense that there would be several more people lined up to get the same thing. Now, I'm an old head I guess. I remember when I first started driving back in the late 90's, I could say, "I'd like a large Frosty and a large fry, please!" and the person taking my order would know precisely what I was talking about! They'd tell me the total and I'd drive up to pay. Simple as that! The good ol' days! Now, it's a different story! I say, "I'd like a large Frosty and..." "What flavor?" ........ ........ "A Frosty.... large." "Yes, I got that. What flavor?" "Ok, .... the original." "There's chocolate and vanilla." Now, there are many people who may have been privy t o this change when it was being made, but it must have been while I was in the service, so I missed it. That, and I don't watch regular television, so would have missed the commercials. So I did my best. "Can you mix the two?!" "Sorry, no. You'll have to choose." "Ok, chocolate then." I have no idea, even after getting it, whether chocolate was the original. The Original Frosty was its own thing! It seems as if someone said, "Alright, no more of this mixed generic flavor stuff. Cut the Frosty-child in half!" And we got chocolate and vanilla. I always thought it was a mix between the two. Either way, this Wendy's just got a facelift in the last year, so its new and nice. Good fast good choices salads chili baked potatoes with chivrs or broccoli a bit of cheese insweetened iced teas no soda even diet Coke nit a good thing pleas let me know if you need anything noooo what I need there isn't a blessed doul on this Earth that gives a damn and so yyyttt talk about it.
