I was very disappointed with my visit. There was a long line at the drive thru but it moved at a pretty good pace. However the service was horrible. The person taking my order was rude. When I got around to the window despite the rudeness I exprenceinced while giving my order for me and my family I still spoke and projected kindness that was not returned. They needed to know if we wanted classic or spicy chicken in a salad that was ordered and the guy came to the window to asked made us all feel like he was truly bothered that he had to ask as if we were the ones who didn't take the order properly. When we received our food....all the fries were cold old and nasty. The bun on my sandwich was cold like out the refrigerator col and my sons nuggets were cold. I had to sit at the window to ask for a receipt and the toy that went with the kids meal I ordered for my son. They looked at me while I sat there waiting for them to come back to the window. When she finally came to the window I was greeted with more rudeness. "What you need now?" I told her they toy and my receipt. I was told "We ain't got no more kids meal toys". Then, one of my burgers cheese wasnt melted, when I asked to warm up my burger one of the team members got an attitude like I cursed or was rude to her. She snapped, she gotta wait!. My sister said, well clock out and go home if that's how you're gonna talk to people. The manager asked what was wrong.. as I tried to explain the worker that had an attitude then turned to her manager saying, you"got me right?" And the manager shook her head yes. We ordered 2 chilis and they put tortilla chips with our chili instead of crackers..like I said, they need retraining and that manager needs to pay attention to her staff. This was around 7 PM, 6/22. Read moreThe employees are a bunch of kids that play more than they work. Ordering at night is especially a recipe for disaster. I ordered through Doordash, and the dasher said the kids were totally unprofessional. They were rough housing, joking obnoxiously, and playing on the line, and not assisting customers in a timely manner. I have witnessed this for myself going through the drive-thru sometimes.
They mixed my $21 dollar order up with someone else’s $35 dollar order. I’m glad that Doordash are holding these fast food restaurants accountable now. They had my order redelivered quickly at the expense of Wendy’s. I am almost sure the person they confused my order with got the same courtesy.
