I have never had any problems here, I've lived in the complex for 2 years and tonight I was appalled at the lack of service provided. It was only 945 PM and the store hours are open until 10pm. The new employee working there had already locked the doors prior to my arrival which was at 945. I along with 7 other neighbors who had shown up were all locked out of the store, while the new employee chose to mop the floors and ignore all of us. She finally walked up to the door and told us they were closed. which we all said this has never happened to any of us who have lived here for years. Every single other employee here NEVER locks the doors before they closed. The sign says hours of operation are from 6am-10pm. You should never ever treat customers who are also residents where you work the way this lady treated us tonight. Your 945pm customers are just as important as your 6am customers. I am extremely upset and aggravated that she had the audacity to do such a thing, just because she wanted to get out of work. You never close your doors early as an employee.... it is not your business and your just turned away 7 customers!!!!!!! I cannot believe this new employee rather turn away customers and upset them. rather than do her job and keep her doors open until 10pm according to the hours of operation. It was so extremely rude and I hope I never see this woman here again. This is not the first time she has been rude within her first few weeks working here. She has given a lot of attitude to a lot of customers. I am friends with many if the residents here and they have also all voiced their concerns about her lack of respect for her customers. I have never been so mad and I have never written negative reviews before but this was completely unacceptable and I really do hope the management does something about this because as a resident here, I do not appreciate being treated this way after living here for 2 years. She is completely in the wrong and there is a large number of residents who also agree. I'm sorry to leave a bad review when I generally love the service I get here, but something needs to be done...
   Read moreI would give it one star if it wasn't for the environment and convenience of the place. Recently a few new employees started working there, two of which are two young ladies. Just tonight I went in for an order of food, and upon entering there was a line of 7-8 customers. They seemed to be waiting there a while, and as soon as I got in line, I noticed that the lady on cash was taking her sweet time conversing with the customer. She said there was issues with his card, but by no means did their constant talking make the process any faster or convenient. One of the customers called her out stating "you have six other cusocusto waiting." She replied with a bad attitude and continued to take her time. Finally after 10 minutes waiting in line, I let her know that I would like to order. She tells me that the kitchen is closed. They have a habit of closing early, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised the kitchen is closed almost two hours early. They could have spared me the easte of time by possibll putting up closed kitchen signs or something....
   Read moreEvery single time I order from there, my order is always incorrect! I'm always very specific about what I order so I don't understand why my orders keep being served to me wrong! Every time I get back home with my order, there's always something wrong with it that I did not ask for!! This has happened several times already!! I'm starting to feel like I'm being ripped off by the Hot Spot because I'm paying for something that I think is going to be exactly what I asked for, but instead, I'm getting an order handed to me that is nowhere near what I asked for!! I expect to receive exactly what I ordered and exactly what I paid for! I don't want to pay for something that I did not ask for!! Tell the person in the back to FOLLOW SIMPLE...
