I moved to Moon Valley two years ago and I’ve been shopping for my new regular nail salon—and it has been a doozyyy. I’ve tried EVERYWHERE in a ten mile radius, and even drove into Scottsdale for some that were recommended to me. Little did I know that THE BEST one was one of the closest ones! The one thing that completely won me over with Inifinity was how FRIENDLY everyone there is! Everywhere else I felt like such an inconvenience whether I was a walk in or an appointment. I’ve only been twice so far to Infinity, but as a walk in both times, everyone there was so friendly and nice, which I haven’t experienced in two years!
I’ve only had Tracy and Ken so far, but Ken is so unbelievably fast without sacrificing standard of care! I think I was in and out with a pedicure with him in 30 minutes (with a foot and leg massage!), and the dip ombré I just got today took him maybe 45 minutes (normally it’s 2.5-3 hours everywhere else). And he is SOOO friendly, sweet, talented, and accommodating! Tracy gave me the longest best foot and leg massage with my pedicure today, and was sooo sweet! Seriously, with a walk-in gel pedicure and ombré dip manicure, I was in and out of there in an hour and 20 minutes! Their prices are normal (not outrageous like some places), and they have a punch rewards card! They offer drinks, they’re patient with you and make conversation (or don’t if you don’t want to). Their location is really pretty with really nice pedicure chairs, and it’s large—there’s lots of nail technicians and chairs and I haven’t had to wait for anything yet. And again, the friendliness of everyone there is what really won me over because I was seriously considering just starting to do my nails at home because everywhere seemed so mean!
Cannot recommend them enough for anyone else like me who is still shopping around for a...
Read moreI've been looking all over for a good nail salon in this area. I tried this place out a few weeks ago and perhaps I just went in on a busy day, but the customer service wasn't the best. It was late afternoon on a weekday, most nail salons aren't busy around that time, in my personal experience. There were other guests seated in the lobby. I assumed they were waiting for services, but they weren't, which made things confusing upon walking in. The man at the front desk told me to pick out a color, but didn't direct me on where to go after that and walked away. Then a nail technician came up but walked away. It wasn't clear at all that I was supposed to follow her back. Again, all very confusing and hectic. So she began to do my manicure while another woman started my pedicure. Not even halfway through my pedicure, the woman gets up and said she had another appointment and this guy came to take over my pedicure. He kept getting up and walking away during my pedicure without saying anything. I just wanted a relaxing mani/pedi on my day off and I just felt stressed out and confused because he kept getting up and leaving in the middle of my pedicure. They did a good job on my nails and the murals on the wall were beautiful, but I felt stressed out after coming here and will not be making this my new home salon. Any other nail salons I've been to haven't changed nail technicians in the middle of completing the service and the staff usually would direct me to which seat to go to. Other salons I've been to are clear in giving direction rather than leaving me to assume where to sit and leaving the customer feeling lost in the middle of chaos with people crowding the lobby who aren't even there to have services done. I was relieved to go home to relax and not be there anymore after my nails were done. My search for my new home...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have to give this place a bad review.. I have never had such terrible service at a nail salon in my life. Very unprofessional. 1st. I had to say hello to the desk guy about 5 times before he got off his facebook account to help me. 2nd. I was passed onto 3 different nail techs before my nails were done.. seriously who does that?? 3rd. The 1st nail tech just started filing away at my nails, without even asking me how I wanted them filed, I didn't like the super squared shape he made them and said as much. He then yelled at me saying "Why didn't you say something?" to which I responded "Why didn't you ask how I wanted them?". He fixed the 1st hand, but filed the second hand completely different. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I said they weren't filed the same.. I had to hold my fingers and say "Does that look the same to you?" The 2nd lady, and the 3rd lady were fine. The manicure turned out looking nice enough but the edges of my nails are rough from the filing and keep snagging on things. the 4th and last straw was when they told me to wash my hands before I left so I went and did that and before I could even get back they had someone sitting at the table where all my stuff was, my purse, money, cell phone.. everything. It took over an hour to do a simple manicure.. I felt ignored, bounced around and pushed out the door. Needless to say I didn't leave a tip, and I won't be going back there again. It's a shame too because I was seriously considering taking my bridesmaids there in th fall to get mani/pedis for the wedding since their prices are really reasonable. I'd rather spend an extra $5 and get much...
