Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

We had ordered 2 pizzas last night around 8pm and when they came they were the completely wrong pizza, I was a little disappointed but I figured if I called they would just get it fixed, boy was I wrong, we called and politely explained that we had received the wrong pizzas and the guy on the phone told us that our pizzas hadn't even left the store yet, we told him that we did get pizzas but they were not ours, they even read off our name and address correctly when we received them, the guy on the phone was very rude, short, and demeaning towards us. Directly after we got off the phone with him, we got a call from a different number who said she was the manager and that there was a mixup and our correct pizzas were on the way, we thanked her and were extremely patient waiting for them. Well 11pm rolls around and we STILL hadn't got our pizzas that we ordered at 8pm!!! So we tried calling back and there was no ringtone at all, it seemed like they had disconnected their phones, so since we lived right across the street my husband went down there to see if we could pick them up and the workers inside looked at him and completely ignored him. We never ended up getting our pizzas, OR A REFUND! We were extremely understanding and polite the entire time and they didn't even have the decency to be honest and offer a refund. Absolute worst Pizza Hut I have been to. Have lived in this area for over 20 years and they have never gotten our order correct. Either the pizza is dried up with hardly any cheese and dried sauce around the edges, they completely deliver a different pizza or have horrible customer service. I just ordered two carryout pizzas yesterday, the gentleman I spoke with said he'd have to call me back to confirm my phone num, never received a call back. I called them back and explained no one returned the call and the girl completely disregarded what I said and said, "you said carryout right" and continued with the same questions the last guy asked. So rude. Spoke with the manager and he had the same response as the female I talked to. (Just didnt care) and cut me off while I was talking. The most unprofessional, disrespectful manager on Friday October 9, 2020 named " Mike". At 20:28 I placed online order. At 21:08 I called and asked about my order and was told it's on its way shortly. Received a text at 21:11 pizza out for delivery. Sitting outside my front door, front door open, phone in hand and track my order still stating pizza never left I decided to call Pizza Hut at 2140 to see what's taking so long. Manager Mike informed me that delivery driver called and knocked on door multiple times and no answer so they cancelled my order. I explained to Mike I have been right in front of my door and I have no missed calls... He proceeded to basically call me a list, tell me I had 15 min to come get " my dam order" and hung up on me.
