In honor of Independence Day, they creatively swapped their usual decoration with a miniature American flag topping the shaved ice instead of the customary parasol. It’s the little things 😀 Their shaved ice itself is a delight—fluffy, finely shaved ice that melts in your mouth, complemented by a wide array of flavors ranging from classic cherry to exotic mango. The texture is perfect, neither too coarse nor too fine, ensuring each bite is as enjoyable as the last. We throughly enjoyed pins colada, black cherry, 1/2 dragons breath + 1/2 blue raspberry and SF mango. Teenage Staffing is not well versed in customer focus and active listening and they seemed more interested in gossiping with their friends that are hanging out there instead of promptly helping customers first and foremost on a side note three different orders of their maximum size item have all been dry about a fifth of the way into the slushy so everything tastes good for the first 8 ounces but the remaining 40 ounces are just White crushed ice so I've had to go back each time and instead of making a new one they add more juice flavoring which ends up being too much at that point and you end up with liquid flavoring before you're finished so if that ever happens to you I recommend requesting them to make an entirely new one and add the appropriate amount of flavoring initially so you don't end up with concentrate flavoring for the last eight ounces beverage so either the younger teenage staff isn't a biting by the normal protocol or they're just too distracted and not paying full attention to their...

I have been to 4 other locations and this one was my favorite! Mostly due to space. They have free wifi, so I would often come after work or school and sit here to enjoy my treat while working on work or other things. This place is great for a treat that's not too heavily sweet and a good break from chocolate! They also have sugar-free flavors! I personally love the bahama rama mama style which puts ice cream at the bottom and hawaiian cream mixed throughout your sno - I ask for extra cream. They also now have options for vanilla and chocolate ice cream. They got rid of my favorite cherry colada flavor, so now I mix cherry and coconut which is somewhat similar.
