The new location on 32nd st & E. Bell Rd is a hit or miss when it comes to service and accuracy. I like the pick up line drive up option for online orders and it’s the closest location to me so I keep giving this location a try.
It never fails they forget something when you get your order.
One visit I ordered a burrito bowl for my daughter. We got to the park where we were going to eat our lunch and realized they gave us no napkins, straw or fork for her to eat her bowl.
We ended up eating in the car bc we spent 20 mins driving to a couple of close by establishments for a fork and napkins. Finally circle k had these items which we were so grateful but the time for lunch had past and the food was cold from sitting waiting for a way to eat it.
Just yesterday I went and got to my brothers house with our lunch and they didn’t give us the side of tortillas I ordered and paid for. I even asked if they got them with the online order and they said they were with our food in the bag.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Chipotle on 32nd Street and Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Despite advertising extended hours, they failed to deliver on their promise.
I arrived at 10:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing, only to find that they had already run out of fresh food. The options were severely limited, and I was only offered a few items that didn't cater to my tastes.
It's unacceptable for a restaurant to claim they're open later, only to have no fresh food available to customers during that time. If you're going to advertise extended hours, you should be prepared to provide a full menu until closing time.
In this case, Chipotle failed to meet my expectations. I urge others to avoid visiting this location late at night, as you'll likely be met with disappointment and limited options.

Super big rip off especially with the fact that they have raised their prices a lot since Covid. A lot less meat & you get to pay a lot more money. I thought I’d combat this one time by ordering double meat but the double meat was about what you’d expect for the normal meat amount that you should be getting that they don’t give you. They are big cheaters. So disheartening. Also we wanted to sit outside recently because the restaurant was freezing. They closed at 11 and it was only 9:15 and the inside chairs were all stacked up on the tables in the restaurant like they were closed. Door stated they close at 11pm. The tables outside had no chairs so we asked if we could bring chairs out to the outside seats to eat outside and the guy said yeah but we’d have to carry them back in when we were done. Surprising.
