Thought this place was cool, until I saw just how much they are unsanitary. Early 7AM morning, pretty empty other than 3 guests who by the sound and look of it- seemed like regulars. The one guest had its dog and by my photo, you can see it was on the chair, and running freely all over the cafe. The dog bowl was on the table. Very unsanitary. That individual left before I did and I waited to observe the employee follow up to sanitize the table and chair. Not to my surprise , the area was not tended to. As I exited the building, the door frame has a felt seal around it and I could believe how much dog/pet hair is caught on it. Especially with air flow each time the door opens or with each dog that walks in. So disappointed at the lack of common courtesy. I understand being pet friendly to an extent, but this is overdoing it. Extremely unsanitary. The last thing I want is dog hair in my coffee cup or on my food. Beware.

I got chai latte and pistachio croissant. They were good and the place was spacious and calm. I like that they open early, various pastry was available, and many different drinks not only coffee. I am not a coffee person so wanna try tea, lemonade, or summer menu. They have indoor and out door seats. Pet friendly. I saw people coming with their puppies and babies. Good place for reading and working too since there were not many people in the morning. There were some merchandises available like coffee beans, cups, hats. One thing I would recommend warming the pastry it was served as cold so ask to be warmed would be a good tip. Parking spot was in front of the building. Hope there are more spots cuz that wasn't big enough. I think they share the spot with other stores. But across the street there are big parking area always spacious.

Great spot. The staff is kind, solid cup of coffee and parking is right in front. I have met them at coffeefest many times over the years. It’s cool to see them have a location here. I got the drip with a splash of oat milk. Was great tasting and came in a nice mug. The space has plenty of seating and plenty of sun with the big windows. I did a internet speed test and got 55 down and 12 up. There is plenty of items on the menu I will be trying. One complaint I do have is the gluten free treats are Willy Nilly touching the things that aren’t gluten free. This is common at shops so I didn’t discount the “Star rating” for that. Also you can see their roaster through a glass window. Wondering if they plan on roasting in this location. Happy to see them open. Highly suggest stopping by and seeing it yourself.

Caffe Vita is a coffee roasting company based in Seattle, and their location here in Phoenix is an absolute gem. From the moment I step through the door, I am greeted by the warm and friendly staff who always seem to be having a good day which is great on a Monday morning or just in general these days.

I most often go for a cortado, which is served on a sleek wooden tray alongside some sparkling water, much like you get in Europe, and it has been nothing short of superb. The coffee beans are expertly roasted right there in the shop, which adds to the freshness of each shot of espresso you have in your cup. Going to Caffe Vita is the perfect way to start a day. But Caffe Vita isn't just about the coffee. They also offer some food and pastries and other drinks like a really good matcha and even a perfectly blended arnold palmer. So, whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a great cup of coffee, Caffe Vita is definitely worth checking out.

Here are some of the things I loved about Caffe Vita: Friendly staff: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Superb coffee: The coffee is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the cortado! Fast wifi: The wifi was fast and reliable, which is perfect for getting some work done.

It's a great place to relax, enjoy some coffee, and connect with friends. The location is great, there's plenty around and overall a great experience every time I step through...
