1-Star Review: Absolute Nightmare – Park at Your Peril, Eat at Your Own Risk!
WARNING! Do NOT come here! This place is an absolute disaster, and I'm still reeling from the experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.
First and foremost, DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS FOR PARKING HERE! Google said there was parking available, leading me directly into a trap. My vehicle was TOWED within minutes, as a paying customer!! costing me hundreds of dollars, hours of my time, and unimaginable stress. This is beyond unacceptable. The establishment needs to clearly mark any no-parking zones or ensure their information is accurate, because what Google shows is deadly wrong and incredibly costly for customers. I'm left questioning if this is a deliberate setup.
And as if the parking saga wasn't enough to ruin my week, let's talk about the food. Specifically, the chicken. Whatever changes they've made to their recipe or supplier, it has plummeted to an all-time low. It's not just bad; it's genuinely inedible. The descriptor "absolute dog water" or "dog food" is not an exaggeration – it was rubbery, flavorless, and frankly, tasted like something you'd scrape off the bottom of a bin rather than serve to a paying customer. It was a complete and utter disappointment, a travesty of a meal.
Between the fraudulent parking advice leading to a massive financial hit and the utterly disgusting food, this place is a complete rip-off and a source of pure frustration.
Save your money, save your car, and save your taste buds. Go literally anywhere else.

Read moreusually get a medium nugget meal, but wanted to get a large today to split fries and the drink, however when we get home to pull the food out, we came to find out they did not fill the fries up nowhere near all the way. what a scam and very disappointing… also, i can promise we did not eat any of these fries before taking the picture. that is how they came.. and sure, should’ve checked the bag before we drove off but we just came back from the vet and my passenger that was holding the cat carrier is a recent amputee so needless to say there was too much going on at the moment. usually chick-fil-a is a place that i can trust because typically they provide great customer service, however today was anything but. there were strong attitudes today with the attendant that we ordered our food with and the attendant that brought us our food. it wasn’t even the lunch rush yet…very unfortunate experience, and i’d recommend going to a different location. food is expensive as is now of days and here they won’t even give you what...
Read moreI visited this Chick-fil-A location today and found a short piece of hair in my fries. I tried to overlook it, but then found another hair in crease of the sandwich bag. At that point, I decided to bring the food back. A employee got a manager (I think), younger lady with brown hair. She started remaking the order, but I told her I just wanted a refund. She only refunded the fries and sandwich, even though I ordered a full meal with mac & cheese. When I pointed it out, she said, “But you kept the drink, right?” which felt a bit dismissive, considering I was the one inconvenienced over hair in my food. Her tone and body language came across as defensive and dismissive, especially when she said she didn’t see the hair, which felt like she was implying I made it up. I told her I could’ve have shown her had she not have thrown it away. I didn’t even think to bring the drink back in the priority was the food issue. I’m not writing this to be difficult this situation could’ve been handled with more empathy and...
