North-Central Heights & 'Slope Peeps: Normally, I would speak to a manager about issues before a review less than 4 stars, but I don't really think staff or the company has concern. Inconsistent in quality and delivery: Quality: each time is different - crust, toppings and cooking literally vary with each order. We can work with it as it isn't bad - just not always what is expected. It is also often cold for delays...
Delivery: I gather from what I have contacted the store that there is often only 1 driver. Almost every order heads down south to the Hilton and is there for long periods of time (I am sure this is lucrative, dropping off multiple orders), then heading all the way back up north to where we are in the Slope/NC Heights. We will see a first estimate with delivery @ 10 mins - then the driver will head south and suddenly our order is now 40+ mins later. I'm not sure why the app does not opt to place us at Dunlap, since the resort is drawing so much business - both are pretty much equidistant and Dunlap, for sake of lights, would actually be faster for drivers. Our order is usually 30 bucks, we give a 10 tip every time - so you can rule out retaliation related to that. We are 6 mins from the store.
The product is pretty solid, it seems to hinge on what is going on with the store for prep & driver where final quality...
Read moreMy experience at the Domino's Pizza establishment was truly disappointing. Not only did they have a terrible behavior towards us, but they also did not respect the hours indicated on their website.
When we placed our order, we expected to receive it within the estimated time they provided. However, more than 30 additional minutes passed before the pizza finally arrived at our doorstep. This was not only frustrating but also unacceptable considering that we had planned our dinner based on that delivery time.
Furthermore, the treatment we received from the staff was completely inconsiderate. They showed no interest in apologizing for the delay and instead offered unconvincing excuses. Not only did we feel ignored, but we also felt undervalued as customers.
As for the quality of the pizza, we were also dissatisfied. The crust was undercooked and the amount of toppings was scarce. It did not resemble the delicious and well-prepared pizzas we had enjoyed at other Domino's Pizza locations.
In summary, our experience at this Domino's Pizza establishment was extremely negative. The staff's terrible behavior and disregard for the hours indicated on their website left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We do not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be ordering...

Thanks for that? Ordered what I thought were the two medium two topping pizzas. He offered two options pan or thin crust and I said pan why it wasn't explained that pan is same as "deep dish" and would cost more is beyond me. So when I get in the store and try to locate pizza on kiosk amd what he may have saved it under I find it under "IDK" and I explain how the price of $17+ dollars doesn't sound right for two medium two topping pizzas. Well the lady who came to the front to collect said payment said well oh there is a two dollar charge for pan pizza since when do you not advise early on with your options that there is an additional charge? Especially when the only crust options offered were thin crust or pan???? Not ordering from this one ever again especially when they make it seem as if I was the problem and not the order taker on the phone..... Ridiculous Maybe since you can read reviews while on the job you can address issues sooner I haven't even...
