Update 9/28: we keep going back because it's walking distance from out house. They closed the lobby on Sunday morning AGAIN and only serviced the drive-thru.

We now will be getting all donuts and coffee at the much more reliable QT. I hope this place goes out of business.
Update. An employee locked the door to the store as we were trying to enter. Yes, they closed the door in front of my 15 month old and 3 year old's bewildered faces. This is time number 3 of not being able to enter the store despite it being business hours! I can not go through the drive thru with my kids in the stroller. I don't want to go here ever again. What terrible people and terrible management.
We went yesterday. Oh, wait, we tried. We took a nice walk, promised our toddler a donut, but when we arrived, the store had a sign that only the drive-thru was open. This is the second time this has happened. The service is slow when we are successful at getting in the doors. The drive-thru is risky because it is also, very slow. I almost bought my daughter's teachers donuts one day because I had a little extra time, but then realized it wasn't worth it, because I might get stuck in that slow drive-thru. Read moreOk so it’s Dunkin Donuts. What’s there not to like? I have been eating and Dunkin Donuts and drinking there coffee for years now. I have given this particular one many many chances since it is by my work. However this store just doesn’t have it together. The drive through is ineffecient. They need to take a few tips from other restaurants with drive throughs and improve. Too long of a wait, and not because there are too many cars in front of you. Today I pulled up to the intercom to order and waited at least 3 minutes to place an order. This was after I got through the car line and when it was my turn. Often they don’t hear your order correctly and I have had to request changes at the counter. Customer service is lacking. The employees do not want to be there. But today was the last straw. I pulled out my chocolate frosted donut and I think they gave me the runt of the litter. Not nearly the amount of frosting as they usually have. Read moreThe attitude of the employees is unbearable. It appears our presence is inconvenient for them. Once in the drive thru had to wait at the window while the employee made up all the orders of every one behind me before giving me my order. My mocha was melted by then. This time we were inside and ordered a egg and bacon crossaint and got a bagel instead. When taken back the employee actually told us that she would fix it this time but we better be more careful next time. We returned to our table and found the eggs and cheese were cold . As we were waiting to deal with the manager another set of customers were complaining that they had already got thier drinks and been here fifteen minutes and did not have the rest of there order yet. The colored hair lady, manager?, said that they should have spoken up earlier and now they were going to have to wait until the other orders were made.
