Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Phoenix

I suggest you should check your order if it is take out before walking away! We bought two Baker's Dozen buckets yesterday for our sports team since they only eat plain bagels so we asked for all plain bagels. The employee put all kind of other kind of bagels that we could not tell what their ingredients were in both buckets and covered them on top with few plain bagels. It seemed very intentional to me since for both buckets few plain bagels were on top to cover the other types and there were several different types that we did not ask, we said "ALL PLAIN"! We told everyone during the event that if they go to Ahwatukee branch they should be careful because there is some employee or employees there that gives you something you did not order for some reason that I don't know! Or may be go to some other bagel store since at least one employee or may be more in Ahwatukee store are not trustable!

Update: So as "response from owner" suggested I wrote to the Einstein Bagels contact with a detailed explanation and when I submitted I received a message that a reply would be sent in 3 to 5 days but no reply after a week! So I wrote again and received the same message about 3 to 5 days and so far no reply from them after 3 weeks. I did bring this up to the neighborhood social media and observed that there are so many who are unhappy with their customer service and also got recommendation about other bagel stores so now we are buying bagels from the one that was recommended the most and their bagels are so good! No more Einstein Bagels after being their customer for probably more...

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order online ahead of time. Once I got there went up to the register and no one acknowledged me. Stood there waiting for 10 minutes while other people were getting acknowledgment about their orders. Another few minutes pass I’m finally being told my order wasn’t ready. The workers were continuously helping others that were just coming in and getting their food out quickly. I stood there waiting for another 5 minutes another employee comes up and asks if I’m wait for something so I told them for a second time I was picking up two orders and then they proceed to tell me they are out of my choice of bagels so I had to choose something else and then finally started making my order as I was one of the last people to finally get my order after waiting over 20 minutes for my orders that I place ahead of time online expecting it to be done by 12:45pm as it stated after I placed my order. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and won’t be going back. Very poor...

Terrible service from this location I have visited this location now every day for the last 2 weeks with my job and literally they can never get open on time expect the customers to understand their excuses of their personal lives. There is absolutely no reason why a customer is being bad mouth because they're upset that they're waiting 10 minutes for a simple sandwich that the ingredients should already be prepared for but yet the girls in here seem to think that again us as customers are supposed to understand that they are tired well we're all tired. I'm sorry but your management should be holding you to a higher power that you get into your restaurant on time and make sure that you are open on time it is not the customer's problem that you're tired and went out last night and partied not the customer's problem not the customer's issue the store should be shut down new management needs to be brought in and these employees...
