Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs — Restaurant in Phoenix

Was very disappointed in this location once again. I refrained from leaving reviews before but this is the like the 3rd time in a row that this location has messed up my order and it’s just getting ridiculous at this point. I order the same sandwich every time. The Ak-47. I always make sure to ask for no mushrooms whether it’s ordering in person or online and multiple times they have just completely ignored my request and added mushrooms. Almost every single time without fail, which ruins the sandwich for me as I dislike mushrooms a great deal. Today I gave you guys a another chance and ordered online and once again you messed up my sandwich. I requested online to add mayo and lettuce to my sandwich as well as no mushrooms. Thankfully there were no mushrooms but seriously they didn’t even add the mayo or lettuce. I don’t like to leave reviews because I respect food service but for a place in the area that it is in this is just not acceptable. I will probably not be taking my business here anymore and will be going to the tempe location from now on. It is a little further of a drive being that I live 5 min away from this location, but I would rather drive further away to get better service and at least get my correct sandwich for once instead of continuing to give you any more of my business. I would hope in the future that you re-evaluate the the worth ethic of your employees or at least make sure that orders are being...

8/1 UPDATE: I don’t know why I continue to go to this location. I just ordered thru Uber Eats and maybe that’s a mistake I made but I specifically paid for 3 ranches ON THE SIDE and Nissa is the person who answered the phone when I called to let them know I was missing the ranches and she continued to get an attitude with me and kept speaking over me every time I tried to explain what I had ordered. Very unprofessional. Thank you to the second manager who stayed calm on the phone and reassured she would do everything she could to fix this problem for the future.

I’m giving a 5 star rating due to the food always being so good but why is it that EVERY TIME I go into this location (Ahwatukee), I always have problems with getting my ranch that I even pay over a dollar for!!! Whether it’s pick up or walk in, I order extra ranch bc Cheba’s ranch is amazing, but somehow I never get it even when I asked if there was ranch with the order (pick up in this situation). Arrived at 8 pm ordered a blunt 5.0. They told me ahead of time there would be a 20min wait I said no problem. As I waited several people were complaining about their incorrect orders which they had to fix thus delaying my sandwich and other that ordered after me. At 830, I am still waiting, as they tell new customers they are closed, sign says they close at 9. Finally 840 I am told my sandwich is about ready so walk to the pick up area. There is a 8inch sitting there. The guy was picking off the tomatoes. I ask if that is my sandwich, as I ordered no tomato’s. He said yes, i said I ordered and paid for a blunt. He told me he would remember me and on my next visit he’d hook me up. I said that doesn’t work. He grabbed a 4inch coming out of the toaster, added lettuce and gave it to me with the 8inch and said there’s your blunt. I got home and neither sandwich was what I ordered.
