Very disappointed with the service. I just moved from Ahwatukee; this is the closes Starbucks near me. I visited the location on the 16th approx 6:36 PM and ordered the same thing every time Carmel ribbon crunch with 5 blonde affogato. On this particular day, Dylan decided to pour the shots that could fit (understandable); however, he ran the remainder of my shots down the drain ?! Once I brought it to his attention, the feedback was not pleasant. I asked for the manager's information, which resulted in 1) being lied to, stating he doesn't know who he reports to, 2) My life threatened - Nonemergency police called because he wouldn't provide the necessary information.
I received a call from Kristen( manager ) on 8/23 at 1:32 PM asking how she could resolve the issue. I requested the drink to be made properly with the right amount of shots. We ran circles for 19 minutes! The whole time asking how she could resolve this, I gave her a solution, and she turned it down?! “Oh, we can't make that drink with that many shots ” “Only 3-4 shots will fit; I can give you a grande with five shots .”
Are you kidding?! That's not what I ordered on the Aug 16th, and she I didn't comprehend that! They kept telling me to contact cooperate if I wanted real help.
Kristen (manager) also lied about who she reports to; it's not corporate. I am waiting for the district manager to contact me now. Got love the games they...
Read moreI’m giving this two stars because it is Starbucks and I do enjoy their coffee however at this particular one this morning I witnessed a man get service turned away because he didn’t have a mask rightfully so with the pandemic however the actions that followed by the employees after were disturbing. Specifically a server preparing other peoples beverages taking her mask down to speak to wipe her nose with her arm and to take a sip of her own drink while she was preparing other peoples food or drink. Even in a time when this was not a pandemic I would not approve of this. They messed up my order big-time and prepared it exactly the way I asked them not to and instead of communication between teammates there was zero and no leader ship insight. Not to mention they served about five people in front of me and didn’t even call my name out to see if I was served or if I have received all my things. Not to mention it was the incorrect tea each time. Now today, I receive my Caramel Mochiato stirred. I wanted it unmodified, asked for them to remake gave me THE SAME STIRRED coffee. Then I hear them talking about me right in front of me, all because they don't know what an unmodified mochiato is! ( You have in depth training- you should! ) I have waited 20 min each time for each beverage just for it to be a bad, negative reflection on their management, hiring management, and poor service, and customer service experience.
