I HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in there the guy there didn’t even say anything to me he looked in a bad mood (I noticed by his face expression) so I asked him if I can order he told me that I was going to have to wait so then I said that’s fine no worries take your time , so then someone else gets there , it was a white male he works at the halo rescue , he knew the guy (the halo place is close to there ) , so the. He tells me HEY YOU MOVE ASIDE , the. Proceeds to get the guys order and totally ignored that I was there before that guy but since it was his friend he proceeds to get his order EVEN GIVES HIM A FREE DRINK and says don’t worry about it , so then I was still waiting and then someone else gets there again another white male and proceeds to get his order so I go and say politely excuse me but you told me to move Aside and Me and my kids been waiting, so then he proceeds to tell me waving his hands like telling me to shut up saying YEA YEA YEA I know so then I told him your attitude stinks you don’t have to be rude like that and even my grandma told him too and he just said well you should have stayed in line where I can see you AND IM LIKE you told me to move and that you will get my order next , but I said you know what I’ll just leave my kids even stared crying because they were so hungry and we been in the road all morning, so the guys kept yelling things to me and then kind of laughed and said you have a great day , And I don’t want to think he was being racist because we were the only Latinos there and he treated us bad everyone else was white , I can understand people can have a bad day but that doesn’t give them the right to disrespect and treat people bad .(I forgot to ask the guys name but he was white , with black hair and...

This was my First vist .. AND LAST, I orderer # 1 combo with vig oil spice and LTO mayo I asked to try the peppers I was told I could not ? I ask for a sample on the side I was told i could not have one? REALLY, but they would put it on my sandwitch if I did not like it they would remake it ? REALLY ! I ordered an Ice tea with the combo I ask for sugar they said they did not have any and never DO? not even lite sweetner.. Really.? I was not impressed with UR Gourmet sandwich It was sogggy flat bread , mush tomatoes skimpy letuce and onions AS A Chef & former15 + years as a resturant mgr, for many different places like Rubio's, Timberlodge Steak houses Biltmore resorts, Pizza Hut

A mistake here or there is understandable. A mistake or two every time and having wake the people from their cell phone staring haze to pick up your food (after tipping ahead), that’s just too much.

Another chain I have to stop ordering from. Another business who thinks we should not only pay, but tip for poor quality. Maybe if you paid your staff a bit more, you might be able find help that actually merits a tip.

Kind of a blessing in disguise, I suppose. As food service progresses down the road of suckdom, we find ourselves eating more and more at home (cleaner and less expensive).
