McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

I went 9/4/24 @ 11:52am. This location should be closed down and reopened with new staff. Just as stated in all the other reviews THE FOOD IS NEVER FRESH. Even when taken back in & asked for a fresh meal. The manager who’s walking around laughing loudly, speaking ONLY Spanish & eating the fresh French fries; just recycles the meal you bring back in, warms it up & reserves it right back to you. THEY DON’T THROW ANYTHING AWAY. The staff has a sever poverty mindset, as if it’s their personal food & they’re personally paying the bill for the electricity to cook the food fresh!!! Don’t settle for this horrible food & service. There’s too many other BETTER options in Laveen. If you’re absolutely craving McDonald’s, just go to the Tolleson or the Downtown location. Flood the customer service number & demand better service!!! (Incase they change it, always go inside & look for it!!!) or continue to leave bad reviews to warn others & to force them to do better!!! I ordered a large fry, it was half way filled with old fries. I took it back in & they bought the same fries (warmed up) back to me, still filled half way up!!! They even change the sweet tea recipe by adding tons of water & sugar and no tea!!! As if they personally pay for the tea!!! It’s disgusting sugar water!!! The poverty mindset staff is dragging McDonald’s down and they’re going to hurt them more than they’re...

I very rarely get decent service at this location. Or my receipt so I’m never able to give feedback on the order. This time I’m only assuming they were out of sauce because I got multiple different orders of chicken nuggets in my order and didn’t receive sauce for any of them even though I definitely asked for all of them. I also got a Big Mac no cheese (because I’m super allergic to the plastic waste they call cheese, and the worker confirmed that I didn’t want cheese) and they still put cheese. I called after we got home to ask if they had sauce (so that I didn’t waste my time getting back in the car and going to get my sauce) but when they answered they set the phone down and all I heard was kitchen noises and nobody on the other end. I hung up after a few minutes, and called back but it went to the busy tone. Not the end of the world that we don’t have sauce obviously, but definitely an annoying aspect. The workers are also rude when you ask them to top your drink off before you take it because for whatever reason they leave a huge gap in the cup and are offended that you don’t want to pay for air. Save yourself the trouble and don't use the mobile app to order for curbside. Sat there for almost 20 minutes watching the already backed up line almost fully clear out before I noticed how much time passed. I went inside and sure enough, I was hit with the "oh yeah, nobody's there that's why it hasn't been made". I then got my order rushed and very sloppily thrown together in a blinding 30-45 seconds. Why was I even allowed to choose curbside when clearly they don't have the staff to accommodate? For a business that pushes the use of their mobile app, they surely aren't equipped to accommodate.

On top of that, I have personally had a good handful of subpar experiences here since they've opened. Only reason I keep coming back is because of proximity. But I can say firsthand: don't come to this location expecting quality service or attention to detail. Check your order before you drive off, and stay away from mobile orders for curbside here because apparently it lets you pay and takes money even though nobody is manning...
