I understand we have some problem with our timing but sometimes it's not our fault. I always try to be my best with every customer and give them everything they need but sometimes customers don't understand that there is other people that are feeling the same frustration because we can't help them because we are busy handling another customer with attitude. I've had people at the drive thru not want to park for big meals because they have to be somewhere and the customer behind them only have an ice cream and then when the customer behind them finally get there they are mad. I also know for a fact that we could do so much better because we do have a lot of employees with terrible attitudes. Sometimes I get impatient myself with the way some customers are treated. I love it when I can help out a customer and they leave with a smile. But its also not possible to be at 3 places at once. We as cashiers have to keep the line running while keeping the lobby clean and anything else needed. When we charge at drive thru we have to deal with 2 customers at the same time some more impatient than others and both wanting the same amount of attention at the same time while still keeping the line moving for other customers. When we are in drive thru handing food our orders mix up because there is so much going on especially when our soda machine doesn't function properly. I don't work in the kitchen but I've seen how overwhelmed they get with up to 5 orders going in at the same time. (2 from drive thru and sometimes 3 from the front) I know we have issues but sometimes customers should just be patient. Today I asked a lady to park for me and she kindly let me know she's been forgotten there before to please remember her. That's the way everyone should communicate. I know some of our employees including managers have attitude especially at night. They also need to learn to be more patient. We aren't perfect no one is but we also aren't as terrible as these reviews make us seem. I would love for you guys to see the world from our shoes. Maybe you'd be a little more considerate of others. Maybe you shouldny complain for have to wait 5 extra minutes on a busy day. We as employees try to be as nice as possible to all of oh but sometimes our buttons have been pushed by more than one customer and they happen to explode on you. All I ask is to be a little more patient and considerate. Especially if its a little more packed cause we try to get to everyone as soon as we can. ~ Employee for 2...
Read more6/6/25, 11:45am, I was picking up a Grubhub order and regularly pick up orders from various restaurants in the area, including your location. I’ve never had problems with employees at any other restaurant, and I’m always courteous, respectful, and willing to follow pickup procedures such as confirming orders. I understand this helps prevent theft which impacts my earnings and I FULLY support it. However, during this recent visit, I identified my order at the counter as the employee placed it on the shelf. She ignored me and multiple drivers and when I repeated myself, she became visibly irritated and grabbed the bag. As I reached for the bag, she aggressively pulled it back and stated, “You need to confirm the order,” in an unnecessarily rude and confrontational tone. But what disturbed me most was that she then threatened me and told me not to come back. Her behavior has been rude on multiple occasions in the past, but this escalation crosses a professional and potentially legal line. This directly impacts my ability to work, as I receive frequent pickup requests from your location. Being told I am not welcome at a location where I earn income is not only unfair, but feels retaliatory for simply trying to do my job correctly. I have nearly 10k deliveries and this is the first time I have ever been threatened. I will be filing a complaint with GrubHub and...
Read moreI order here through postmates about once a week or so. Bad habit I know. It's usually fine but tonight when I went to pour my soda out in to my own cup, between the lip of the lid and the cup I was shocked to find what appeared to be a pubic hair.. I immediately called the McDonald's and asked for a manager. I explained the situation and his first response was that I am lying. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I simply wanted them to know that somebody there is engaging in disgusting behavior and next time it might not be somebody willing to let it go.
I asked him what he thought I aimed to gain by kying about this and he couldn't come up with anything. That's because I'm not asking for anything other than for them to acknowledge the issue and look in to it. He then threatened me saying I will be receiving calls from someone (wasn't clear who) about lying. This didn't have to be a huge issue if it was acknowledged as a potential issue and dealt with internally. I don't even care if I was contacted again about it. Instead I was called a liar and threatened. This happened on Feb 24th at 8:40. When I asked for the name of the manager I was speaking to I was hung up on. I called back and asked again and they hung up on me again.
This post never needed to take place, but as of now I will be going as far up the chain as I can to investigate any footage of...
