Went through drive-thru and store was empty. No one in dining room at time and I’m only vehicle in drive-thru. I frequent this location about 3-4 times a week. As I begin to order they tell me they are out of fried rice. This is the third time this week the fried rice has been out and on two occasions there was really no customer base there. Which tells me there is bad kitchen communication between the cook and person scooping the rice. Now I also know that when I get to the window to pay they are going to tell me to pull forward and find a parking spot to wait for someone to come out to me. This is unacceptable. I come through the drive-thru order at the speaker and pay and receive my food at the window. There is no extra deal involved of me finding a parking spot if I wanted to park I would have came inside and ordered. Besides your curb time should reflect your actual wait time that you made the customer wait for food. So she asks me to pull forward and I politely tell her no I would not be doing that. I was going to wait for my food right here where I am supposed to receive it. She tells me I have to move and to go wait ten minutes then come back through the drive-thru….. What!?!? I told her I wouldn’t be going anywhere and that I will be waiting at the pickup window until my food is ready. She then threatened to call the police on me. When that did not intimidate me she then threatened that I would not be allowed back at this location. (No need never returning I speak with my money) That too failed to intimidate me to pull forward and she said she would be refunding my cost. I asked her if she was forcing a refund because I did not ask for one. Finally after realizing all her threats and intimidation did not work and that she was either going to get me the food I paid for or force an unwanted refund, she gave up and got someone else. ( Her name is Melinie G) A woman named Liz came and helped me just fine and gave me my food. After I got home and opened my bag there was a regular plate with 2 entrees (I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees) and neither of the entrees were what I had ordered. So after all said and done bad teamwork led to food not being ready when business was slow, bad customer service led to my terrible experience/ threats of police and ban, and bad execution led to my wrong order. Overall failed in every step of my visit. Melinie was so bold as to tell me that she can reset the curb time herself and that no one actually cares what the curb times are. Thank you Melinie for informing me where I should...
Read moreA couple weeks back I went with my husband and my toddler . Asked for a couple plates and decide to dine in. I took a bite of my chicken, and it was not fully cooked which gross me out.
then I noticed my toddler had taken a piece as well. I waited for my husband who had stepped out so that he could double check the chicken for me,because I couldn’t believe the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. and I didn’t want to make a complain without being 100% sure ( my husband went to cooking school) he confirmed it wasn’t fully cooked, so I approached a girl named Mimi and explained to her what happened . I told her I was not able to eat any of my food since now I was grossed out and I would like to get a refund while giving her the entire plate back . She very annoyed looked at me and said we don’t do refunds and there is nothing I can do for you … so I was served uncooked chicken , I had my first meal of the day ruined, I had my baby girl eat from it and now you are telling me I can’t get my money back because I don’t want to eat UNCOOKED CHICKEN. I was mind blown .. at the end Mimi said she could replace my meal another time so she took my info on a piece of random paper.. today I went in for the plate I was supposed to receive and the lady Jessica told me I wasn’t on their book so she couldn’t do anything….. so on top of receiving raw chicken , not being able to get a refund . Having my toddler eat from the raw chicken you are telling me that because Mimi didn’t write my down on the book now i have to pay for a plate I never ate because of how it was given to me ?????? Lady Jessica approached manager Pablo he said they couldn’t do anything. I asked for corporates number she gave it to me . I called and they refunded the plate.. but Honeslty is not about the money the money isn’t much is about the attitude and the way everything was handled . I didn’t want anything for free, I wasn’t disrespectful I didn’t make a scene THEY HAVE NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR I just wanted what I paid for .. again I am not expecting anything for free but so many people work so hard to earn their money . Sometimes people are so tired so hungry had a long day the last thing you want to deal with is someone who’s unwilling to help you when the mistake was on...
Read moreThis location is a complete mess! My daughter & I went through the drive thru on Saturday 12.19.20 we were very disappointed. The food portion was small & the food also wasn’t up to normal quality. We needed utensils, soy sauce and napkins. We received 1 fork. I guess my daughter and I could share, but I went inside. The young lady appeared to be very displeased with me coming inside. I said Hello, i need another set of utensils, soy sauce and napkins. She still missed the napkins. So I repeated could I please have a few napkins. She sighed & rolled her eyes, I guess because I was interrupting her social media time on her phone?!?! But I guess 2 napkins is a “few” now a days. I am positive that her customer service & attitude is not what Panda Express expects from their employees & is FAR from desirable. I thought tonight my GF & I would try it again to see if it was a bad night?? When we pulled into the drive-through they asked me if I’d like to try the sesame chicken? I said yes I would actually, and then I get informed that they are out of it! And not only that but the only thing they did have was Kong Pao chicken, teriyaki chicken some cream puffs and some spring rolls but they were pretty much out of everything. She said could I get you some Kung Pao chicken? I said no thank you and drove off. So I suggest you avoid this particular Panda Express!!! Not only does their attitude stink, but their napkins are made of gold apparently but they want you to share utensils..:: probably to cut costs and that’s why they don’t want to cook after 8 o’clock at night!! They’d rather run out and turn people away. So to the owners, I’d ask how are your profits? Your expenses might be lower on food but you could have more sales...
