Mobile ordered 3 plates today after I got off work and was highly disappointed when I got home. I go Atleast 2x a month to this panda and each visit is getting more and more disappointing and today it got to the point where I decided I’m not returning anymore. I ordered teriyaki chicken on one of my plates and I did not get any teriyaki sauce packets. Monica, who was extremely rude on the phone and told me her name was magda and the manager and I even said Magna? And she said “that is my name.”, told me that I did not put instructions under sauce so I didn’t get any and I told her I order teriyaki chicken every time and I never had to put any instructions to receive the teriyaki sauce packets. If I order teriyaki chicken I would expect teriyaki sauce. She continues to repeat say “not all customers want the sauce”. My husband decided that he was going to get a refund because we were not satisfied with our food and the portion we received for $10. So my husband goes back and asks for a refund and she says she will give him one but then continued off to go help other customers. My husband then again asks for a refund and she says she cannot give the refund because she isn’t a manager. He asks to speak to a manager but she says there isn’t a manager available but she’s in charge? Then why can’t she refund us the money if she’s in charge? I was in disbelief that Monica started acting like a 10 year old and literally mocking my husband.. In front of other customers. What an embarrassment to the restaurant and her coworkers that she’s putting the managers reputation on the line like that by saying she’s the manager. Read moreWe love going to Panda but we had the worth experience ever at this location. I was there with my son around 6pm today and the line was hardly moving. There were one person taking orders and a manager at the register. We ordered 2 orders of 1 entree (orange chicken) with half noddles and half rice. The girl who took our order, put chicken on both sides of the container. At the checkout, Manager told us there are two entrees. I explained we only ordered 1 entree. She was rude as she was talking to us. She said she will have to take the chicken out. I was ok. She took our plates over the garbage can and trashed half of the chicken from both plates. As she returned, I said that you should have told me that you were going to trash, I would have bought it. Thats wasting food. She was very rude and said you told me you didnt want it. I mentioned again yes I did but you never told me that you were going to trash. She goes what do you want me to do. I was very frustrated by this time with her and wanted to leave with my so I said forget it. i asked her to pack two sweet and sour sauce and she did not close the lid properly. By the time we got home, sweet and sour sauce was all over our plates in the bag. I hate to leave bad reviews but I thought this was necessary as being a manager she should know how to treat her customer. I can't even imagine how she treats her employees. I would recommend the owner to send this manager for training again to refresh her skills...
Read moreI stopped at the Panda Express at 9th St. and Bell Rd tonite to pick up something different for dinner. When I walked in there were 2 people in line ahead of me. The first one placed order after order, to go. He must have been feeding a dozen people. The second person only order a side of chow mein. I ordered a bowl and a plate to go. When I got to the register the first person and the 2nd person were both standing there waiting. They were still putting the first persons order together. The 2nd person went home with cold chow mein because they wouldn't ring it up until the rang up the first person. My order sat for about 20 minutes waiting for the first person's order to get put together and paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Both the 2nd person and I should have been run up, as our food was ready. They literally would not ring anyone up until they finished that very large order. They had plenty of people working. No excuse! Very poor service. On top of that, I'm still not over not being able to get my favorite, orange chicken, because they started making it with chili oil a long time ago.
