This was the FIRST and ONLY time I will ever step foot Into this business ever again. Today is 11/27/18 and I wish I never chose to come here! Not a single person greeted me as I entered, no hi, how are you? It was what do you want? Could barely understand the young girl, she looked very irritated. I said my order, again NEVER been here so I have no idea how and what to order I just did something quick as I felt pressured. No explaining the menu how it works, nothing. I said to the second girl who was passed my order I'm sorry can I actually add a salad. I apologized if it was an inconvenience she didn't say a freakin word!!!! I said what are my options on the salad, the first one had nothing into as it needed to be refilled so that wasn't an option because no one was going to refill it I guess, so it was spinach as my only choice. I finished the items I wanted to put on the salad and I order 4 knots. I told the guy who is doing the pizza can you please cut into 8 slices. He said ok. He started ringing me up, then the first girl came over to finish ringing up. No hey would you like a drink, would you like dessert, anything else we can do for you!? NOTHING!!!! I see that the salad is rung up and an additional charge for "open food" for $1.00. I said what the open food charge? She tried to explain something about adding to a salad, she couldn't explain so she goes to the back to get someone. That someone comes up and says what's your question, so hello, no hi how may I help you, again I guess this is why this service sucks, be you are the leader who doesn't even do it! But anyway she explains that the lettuce that is on recall is not out and we only have spinach, which ok I get, but because I ADDED toppings to the lettuce you get charged $1.00!!! I said so you have $4.95 for a side salad listed but that is only for the lettuce ONLY!? She said yes! You have got to be kidding me!!!!!! Why wouldn't you just say a side salad is $5.95???? You sound absolutely ridiculous right now. Who I. Their right mind is going to pay $4.95 for just lettuce and no toppings? You can go to the grocery store and purchase 5 heads of lettuce for what you are charging for freaking lettuce ONLY!!!!!! Mind you no thank you, no hey let me get you something because you were told incorrectly, NOTHING!!!!!!!!! It took 10 mins for these stupid knots to get served to me, they didn't put it in until I went up and said what about my knots? They forgot and put them in. They didnt walk them to me, a girl called my name as loud as maybe a mouse. I couldn't hear, I only saw they were up there because I was eye balling them like crazy. This was absolutely one of the worst places I ve ever been and I will make sure many know how this went on my first and only visit! I have ran very very successful businesses and I would be embarrassed with this type of service in my company. Think of me as your secret shopper, absolute fail!!!! This doesn’t even deserve the one star that I’m required to put on here!

Read moreThis location has tanked in recent months. I used to go here with my family a few times each month for dinner and everything was good, food, staff etc. But recently everything started to decline in quality and my most recent visit was the last straw. After buying pizza for 5 and 4 drinks, (around $70) my wife asked for a water cup and was told that they "don't have water"... not that they no longer give out cups but simply a dismissive, don't have it and then the employee walked away. When I approached asking about it the self proclaimed "general manager" got very visibly upset by my inquiry and insisted that I have to buy a drink cup for full price to get tap water. I purchased said soft drink cup and then proceeded to fill it with lemonade since I paid for it. This is where the world ended. I had brought a lemonade 1/2 full from a previous stop earlier in the day. Since I paid for the drink at this location I filled it 1 time and then poured it into my other cup. I then rinsed blaze cup and filled it with water for my wife. The same 'general manager' started yelling at me and came out from behind the counter telling me that I wasn't allowed to fill outside cups. I explained what I had done and that I had paid full price for a drink and only filled it once and he cut me off and continued to yell that it wasn't allowed. I decided to pour the lemonade out (including the 1/2 glass I brought) to appease him at which point he started demanding that I pay for another drink to cover what I just wasted. I then demanded a contact for his supervisor or corporate and he got closer to my face and started saying "what are you going to do". I then turned to get a little water (still eating and need a drink) and he physically got in my way less than inches from me and said "you're not getting any more". Then he demanded that we pack up and leave causing our 1 and 3 year old children to start crying because they didn't understand why their food was being taken away.
I contacted the corporate feedback on the website as instructed by a response to another review and all I got was a brief email about how they value quality customer service, not even an apology. I contacted it again, replied to the original email and even left a message at the corporate number and they have done nothing.
On top of that, the food was not even great, skim toppings and 1 was undercooked and another burned. This location lost my business for the store and corporate lost my business for...
Read moreWe used to love Blaze and would frequent quite often but I can 100% say we will NOT be returning to this location. I'm not sure this staff even knows what customer service is. The tables were dirty and we asked to have them washed off so we could sit to eat. They grabbed a dirty rag and wiped the food and crumbs right off onto the chairs and the floor. So we wiped the chairs off with napkins to avoid sitting in wet towel chairs. Apparently, even though they charge $2.75 for a soda that, between the soda and cup costs THEM maybe .25 cents, soda theft has been "so high" they no longer offer water cups. Interesting since they changed from clear cups where they could have been able to monitor what people were getting to solid cups where they can't tell what customers are getting. We spent $100 on pizza and had 3 children with us. We asked for water cups for the kids and they said no. We had to buy $1.50 water bottle, okay fine. Then we asked for 3 cups to split the water between the kids. They wanted to charge us almost $11 for 3 cups after charging us $1.50 for a bottle of water that costed them maybe .40!!! For 3 kids. So, you're telling me it's going to cost $13.50 for a bottle of water and 3 cups?? That's freaking insane.
The "shift-lead" and I use that term very very loosely responded that if we wanted a free water cup we could walk across the street to circle K or get free water from home. Are you kidding me? That's the type of person you put as a shift-lead? That's the example you want to set for the rest of the crew? We asked the "shift-lead" for the number to corporate to which we were told it's on the website. Cool. That's good because we will be calling. You can go to Little Caesar's and get better customer service and still save enough money to buy 10 cases of water. If you're looking for a nice place to sit and enjoy dinner with your family, l'd recommend any other place than this. Heck, Cafe Rio next door has better service, cheaper prices, and they will give you...
