Yogis Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

So Yogi's itself has great food I can't deny that. The workers on the other hand are very rude, cheap and flat out not nice people at all. I ordered my food my bill came out to $33 I tipped them $2 cuz that's the kind of guy I am. As I'm getting my food I asked if I could get jalapenos slices on the side she looks at me and says "we dont have those" blatantly lying to my face. I say why are they on the menu she stutters goes oh oh "they inside the role". I asked if I could get them on the side she says oh no we're closing. This is at 9:45 on a Sat. When they close at This isn't the first time I've had an issue at the Yogi's on Bell and 9th Street. They try to rush you to order even when there's no line. If ask a question about there menu that doesn't have a yes or no answer you won't get one. And if you would like anything extra sauce sides anything of the sorts be prepared to pay because they're charging you. This Yogi's in general has employees that should not be in the service industry because they are disrespectful unappreciative and unpleasant people that do not care about there customers. The manager is really rude I asked for more sauce packets and she charges me. Her customer service is horrible. She has no respect for her workers she yells at them in front of customers she’s not professional at all this store needs to be closed down. Or improvement. There is always hair in the food limited forks and sauce packets. The manager is weird she argues with her husband in the back. She’s always on the phone her husband falls asleep in the lobby or kitchen not that I’m being nosy but I’d like to see where my food is coming from. I noticed the manager after using the restroom dose not clean her hands or flush the toilet that was my last time eating at this store. The rolls fall apart as if they were pre made. I would like to say that the food is good that’s why we keep coming back but the SERVICE omg!! Every time we came here the cashier’s are rude. Especially today! are they limiting their spoons and fork? When you buy food at them? We decided to take out the food but then it’s so hot so we decided to eat inside the restaurant after we finished our food my partner decided to get extra spoons and forks to take the rest of the food with us and mind you we’re not going home since we are running errands today The cashier told her “That’s too much” referring to a pair of spoon and fork she got.
