Me and my family LOVE the wings from this location! The pizza is bomb, too.

But this evening we came in for our second-time ever, to pick-up a large order of wings. The team member manning the front register was immediately pushy and confrontational, and said when we called-in our order, they took it as a prank call, and did not make our order.

He was also still eating his dinner and chewing while talk to us. We couldn’t even get a word in edgewise. We were fine with waiting, but this guy kept going on and on. We tried to ask about alternative and maybe solutions to calling in orders. Even as I happened to look up at him while waiting, he immediately locked-in on me and started getting confrontational again.

Really unnerving experience—a situation that could have been addressed with communication. We felt bad for his coworker who was in the back working hard to get the order out. Glad we were able to at least still...

I ordered the Carne Asada Pizza. This is the highlight pizza for this restaurant. When it came out of the oven, they were having trouble removing it from the oven tray to transfer it to the box. It literally came apart in the process.

They proceeded to box that pizza and hand it over to me. Having said that I noticed. Standards don't matter, satisfaction to the consumer doesn't matter. Placed an order on Christmas Eve. The website said this location was open and allowed me to place an order and make payment. 10 minutes later I get a call from one of the employees saying, they were closing and could not fulfill the order, which I was fine with. I asked for a refund of the money and I was told to go to the website and request a cancellation. I tried to cancel and but it would not allow me to cancel. I called back a couple of days later hoping they would have done it on their side, but no luck. I called the establishment, the manager was not there and they took my number and said they would have the manager call me back. We are Day 4 now, no...
