We use to like ordering from Red Robin, but as of our last order on 1-27-21, we will never be ordering from them again. We use to order 3-5 times a month and even though they would screw up orders 70% of the time like missing extra bacon we paid for or delivering the wrong burger and promised a credit they never gave us, or even our delivery being an hour late. On 1-27-21, we did our usual order. The delivery was 30 minutes late and it was the wrong order completely. I called in and when I told them what happened, they said they were going to transfer me to the appropriate people and hung up on me. I called back in and finally got transferred to the correct person. The person acknowledged that my order was still sitting there and has been sitting there for over an hour now and wasn't really willing to do anything about it. I had to go pick up my order that I paid delivery for and they agreed that if I did it, they would remake it. I had to wait and additional 20 minutes to get my food after I got there to pick up the "remake" and I added pictures of the "remade" whiskey river bbq burger with added bacon, extra patty, mushrooms, pickles, lettuce wrap. After removing the outrageous amount of lettuce that appeared to be hiding things, this is what I found. And it was ice cold to the touch so it was obviously not fresh. I called back in to complain once again and they said the best they can do is email me a gift card for the cost of the bill and "a little extra". The bill came to $49.92 and didn't include the $10 tip for the delivery driver or the $12.99 free burger so I was very doubtful the "little extra" would actually cover the $73 cost of the bill.... and as of now haven't seen anything. So basically, I placed a $73 order, did not get any food, did not get any money back, spent over 2 hours of my personal time now dealing with it, and have not had a single edible thing to show for it.

Heaven forbid you request a booth. We asked for a booth, which we seen a few empty unused but were given a table. Okay let’s get over that little issues no biggie we just sit at a table rather than a booth.... But my wife and I noticed the server that sat us went straight to the back and started talking “we don’t know what is being said” but three additional workers stick their heads out looking at us laughing?¿?¿ Not entirely sure what that was about 😒 my wife and I enjoy the buzz clucks so we order three(3) my wife, our son, and an order for me. Once the food arrives which it did arrive rather quickly, our wings were cold from the first bite to the last as if they weren’t even cooked. Not just cold or room temperature but felt like they came out of the fridge sat for 10mins then served to us not even cooked they were refrigerated cold and rather small in portion. OUR EXPERIENCE FELT LIKE THIS LOCATION WAS CLOSING AND WE WERE GIVEN THE LAST OF THEIR INVENTORY BEFORE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. then lastly we all get BOTTOMLESS fries with our orders but only want one basket in addition to share so we don’t waste any food and we were given a basket of over cooked fries containing maybe 10-15 fries in the basket. 😵 we come to Red Robin’s almost monthly but after this experience it might be the last 😢 hopefully next time they redeem themselves and serve edible food...... the picture is untouched BOTTOMLESS fries 🍟 as we got them.

I had a second bowl of broccoli and the assistant manger came and introduced himself.. he was making sure we were having a great experience. When he asked if we needed anything we said refills on our beverages and I asked for more broccoli.. he brought the drinks and said he put that order in for broccoli.. welp I never got the broccoli.. we waited and waited finally decided to leave. So I suggest work on keeping BOTTOMLESS FRIES full fresh and hot.. same with the broccoli and keep beverages filled without having to hold off on anything until we get served. Your signature is BOTTOMLESS FRIES but we get none and when when we did it was OLD.. oh wait, we are getting ready to walk out and my broccoli shows up ugh! lol 🤦‍♂️

Ok here we go. So got to red Robin and the hostess seats us next to the restroom. not a horribly big deal, but we asked the waitress if we could have a different seat not a big deal, they moved us to a different seat. We appreciated that. She took our drink order, brought them back and asked if we knew what we wanted. We asked for menus and she brought them. So far so good. We decided what we wanted and let's say 5 minutes have gone by. So we're waiting for the waitress to come back and another 5 minutes goes by. I look at the hostess station and there's the waitress sitting at the chair texting on her phone. 3,4,5 more minutes go by. I'm starting to get frustrated and I was seriously about to call the restaurant, ask for the manager and tell the manager were sitting at the table waiting for the waitress. IDK I thought it would have been funny. Anyway, the waitress finally comes over and asks what we want. I said man what happened to you? We were getting worried ha ha, she sighed at me and asked if we were ready to order. It seems to go downhill from there. The food came out in a timely manner but every time we looked up she was back at the station texting. I signaled for her and asked for a refill. No problem she said, and walked over to the table next to us and started clearing the dishes off of it. I get that she was responsible for her section but I don't understand why she didn't get our drinks THEN clear the table. In the meantime I'm watching people leaving and they are getting to go containers. You know. The to go containers with all the different compartments to separate the food. We only ate half our food and we're full. Asked the waitress for a to go container and she brought us both the little 4 inch styrofoam container that we couldn't even fit all of our food in. Was I worked up? Yes. Was I tripping? Maybe. I swear she did it on purpose but I could be wrong. Everyone else got the big container but we got the little ones. IDK maybe im reading to Mitch in to it but when you add everything up we felt she was messing with us after I talked smack about her being MIA.

Other than that the burgers were great and we love the fries. The dipping sauces are good and the bottomless fries are just sooo good. We will go back again as long as we don't sit in her section lol but who knows. She could have been dealing with something personal but IMO you can't text for 12 minutes and expect people to be...

Came here 7/4. Arrived at 217pm, sat by 220pm. MIL ordered the gourmet burger with fries, Fiancé ordered the BBQ burger with the onion straws sub a veggie patty well done w/BBQ sauce and straws on the side and the salad, I ordered Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries and added a side salad. We ordered when we ordered our drinks since it took at LEAST 10min for our server to approach our table. Had it just been me and the fiancé... we would have left at this point, and we should have known it was only going to get worse. Bree was our server. I was told my salad would come out with the fries. Took probably another 10-15min. Took a look into the kitchen, and there was a baby in the kitchen! It was freezing in the dining room. My MIL went to the hostess to have her summon the server for us since us, nor her ither tables had seen her for quite some time. Server came and brought our food. Fiancé food cold. Servers 2 other tables were also needing her attention so I directed her over there since she wasn't paying them attention either. Flagged down the server again to have fiancés food removed from the bill as she wasn't eating it and was over it. Finally got a refill of my beverage, in a to go cup since we were ready to get out. Fiancé spoke to Mgr Lauren, that also took over 10 min to come to our table... who claimed " we're short staffed"... fiancé said "soo... it had nothing to do with the baby in the kitchen?" The other server, I think her name was Renee... she was busting her butt to make sure her tables were completely taken care, she had more tables than our server, and our server couldn't seem to keep up. Hell Renée probably could have handled the whole damn place on her own. As we left, I made sure to tell the couple that had just parked next to us to be sure to NOT have Bree as their server as she disappears and...
