I ordered a mediterranean salad from the vegetarian menu, the drive thru lady said so no chicken, and I said that's correct no chicken and she said what are you allergic to chicken, which I thought was odd and I just said I dont eat chicken. I go to place my 2nd order for a take 2 with mac and cheese and an Chicken avo blt then a huge truck drives by and the drive thru lady says whole or half and I said its the take 2 so I believe its half and she says no the salad and I said I ordered the mac and cheese with the take 2. Then she finally says the mediterranean salad half or whole. I said whole, then she asked 3 more times if I wanted it whole so I asked her if she was having a problem hearing me and she said "ma'am you're clearly the one having a problem ordering" I said ok that's all and please have a supervisor meet me at the window. Cue manager Ruth, Ruth opens the window and I said this lady needs more training and Ruth cuts me off to say I was listening in my headset and you were the one in the wrong. I said you think its was ok for her to smart off to me like that and she said ya. I was blown away so I just said ok here's my card AND Ruth says NO LEAVE, YOU AREN'T GETTING YOUR FOOD. I said are you serious and she says YES YOU AREN'T GETTING ANY FOOD HERE LEAVE NOW.
I never raised my voice, I didn't cuss, and I certainly wasn't rude. My meal before the desserts I wanted was already $20 something and Ruth and her staff were giving McDonalds dollar menu energy, it was so gross. I drove around the building, parked and ordered my food and sent my daughter in to get it. I really wanted the salad but by the time I got home I just didnt want it anymore. Read moreI am a regular, and come just about every other day! Came today for my normal green tea, and the tea was watered down, almost see through. No problem, came back and asked for a new one, the Asian lady looked at me disgusted and tried to give me some to try in a cup, which it looked the same as what was in my cup, I asked for a different drink which she responded irritated, I then with a smile asked her to throw away the large green tea that was watered down and she looked at me in disgust and said she can’t take it back. How hard is it to throw it out? I had no where to put the extra trash drink but it’s not what you said it’s HOW you said it. How you looked at me. Is it because I’m black? lol. If it were food made incorrectly would you hold the same policy and not ask for the food back, but remake it and let me keep the food? No , no you would not. Dumped the drink out on the side of my car and she said I could not come back! Never had this type of experience but I know she was having a bad day she wasn’t friendly at all. So it stated that the Panara bread was located in verde apartments I was like ok . So I go up to the gate and I asked security guard if there is Panera bread . He said “ yeah “ and then moose then asked if I was GCU student I was like no. And he was like “ sorry can’t let u in panara bread is for students and people who work at GCU “ discrimination . OK . The maps should have stated students and member of GCU are only allowed . Waisted my time , only had 45 min lunch break thanks GCU for being so discriminative. And thanks google for waisting my time. Even ASU does not do that to people. Wow like I some kind of derange human all I wanted was bread soup and drink . Saved the day again mall cop. So then I went to the one by metro center and the lady was super sweet and the food and drink was delicious. 1 point taken because of discrimination mall cop.
