Cashier didn't give me proper change. If the total comes to 14.47, and i happen to hand you $25 dollars I don't see how it could be confusing to say "I'll get a ten back", and then that be all she hands me. I know it's just change but when tough times are as is, having jingling pockets makes all the difference! We had to wait for a manager to get my 53 cents 🤣. The situation itself wasn't at all the issue, it was the employee that delt with me and how she responded. Huff-ity, upset, and irritated with me wanting exact change. Other than that experience, store is neat clean and the other employee I interested with was very friendly and understanding. Online pickup orders, if you happen to make one, just know the time it says it will be ready when you order isn't the actual time. I got the prompt first thing after ordering, it's like the review page after the order is finished. Anyway, that page said it would be an hour from the time I ordered, but it really takes closer to 3-4 hours on a regular day and about 5-6 at the least around the Christmas holiday. You have get about three emails. One that says you ordered. One that says the time it will be ready by. Lastly when your order is finally together, finished, and ready. Just so you're aware before thinking the countdown clock is as accurate as the store flow. Just like ordering a pizza, depends on how busy or dead the...
Read moreThe store is fine, clean and neat. However, the issue here was using the restrooms. One of my daughters (8 yrs) needed to go really bad. There was a pass code you needed for the bathroom, so I told her to go and and ask for it to an employee. She took a while and when I noticed she was taking a bit long I went with her. She said that an employee had told her to wait that she was going to try and get the pass code, but she never came back with it. Therefore, I went directly to ask her myself and in she said no, in such a bad manner. We had to leave immediately after she said no. At the time of checking out with the cashier I asked her too about using th restrooms and she In a polite-er manner said no, again. I took very few things with me due to that incident. I couldn't take my time with my girl having the urge to go to the bathroom. I had a 200 dollar BUDGET to spend for my girls art classes. They already had a few things in their carts, but I told them we would go some other place and get them. It's their loss. I've never been on this type of situation, and I couldn't belive it happened there. Advice: If you're planning to go there just make sure you don't need to use their...
Read moreI am deeply disappointed with "my" store. They have installed self checkout stations. When I got to the front, there was no one to greet me or help me with my purchases. I had to step up and figure out what I needed to do. Another customer was just asking confused. He stepped up behind me instead of going to another station. A front of store person stopped fidgeting with the carts and came over to instruct that customer what to do. He still seemed confused. When I was finished and bagging my things, the front-of-store person finally came over to offer me a large bag but I was already done. Management: This is a poor store model. While the front-of-store person was kind, I don't feel that she presented Michael's in a favorable way. Having someone at the register to help with coupons or questions has always been a favorable store model. If you want people to come in and stop shopping online then keep someone at the...
