CALLED TODAY AGAIN!!! TOLD AGAIN THAT SINCE JANUARY 2024 THIS AGENCY IS ENTIRELY CLOSED FOR REMODELING( BUT NOT REMODELING ANYTHING!!) SOUP DINING KITCHEN OPEN, ONLY FOR FAMILIES. HOWEVER, ONLY TO GET A COLD SACK LUNCH LIKE A JAILED INMATE RECEIVES!!! NO FOOD FOR THE HOMELESS OR SINGLE MEN & WOMEN, NO INSIDE SERVICES BECAUSE ALL THE MONEY THEY RECEIVED FOR HOUSING WAS FRAUDULENTLY STOLEN by the currently employed staff and/or Volunteers who decided ONLY THEMSELVES & FAMILY/FRIENDS WOULD ALL GET NEW HOMES/SINGLE DAMIKY OR MULTI-UNITS, BUT NOTHING FOR THE HOMELESS INDIGENOUS MEMBERS/CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF AZ OR UNITED STATES Of America WOULD RECEIVE ANYTHING. THEY ARE DISTRIBURING $5000THOUSAND DOLLARS TO ANYONE CLAIMING TO NEED EMERGENCY ticket to anywhere in USA AND FOOD VOUCHERS AND HOUSING FINANCES to relocate ANYONE EVEN...

Absolutely horrible people, turned me away and Basically told me they don't care.. I was truly shocked in the situation. I was talking to someone about renting assistance and she was so rude and kept cutting me off while trying to explain my situation, I even asked her why are you being so aggressive I'm begging for your help.. I asked her there's nothing she can do for me or help me and she said NO. Just NO. I also asked for someone else to speak with and she Also said NO And was being extremely rude, she refused to give me her name and hung up the phone, so unfortunately I can't report...

I had a furniture pick up by St. Vincent de Paul last week at my storage locker on Dunlap and 7th St. I was shocked and disgusted by the rudeness of the team. They refused to take any of the furniture (which I had called in and given the sizes) because they claimed they did not have room in their truck. I honestly got the impression that they were too damn lazy to get the rollers from the first floor. I was most shocked and turned off because they were so rude and unconcerned....the exact opposite of the fantastic team that had picked items up from me a few...
