So recently went and saw Deathlok and Babymetal which was amazing! It was my first concert and I have to commend the staff for keeping the bathrooms and stage area clean. I had a lot of fun.
However there were a few hiccups, first-where the heck was the parking? I bought the 15 buck parking ticket and I couldn't find any infomation about it on the website, if it was listed it's not in clear view. We ended up paying an extra 15 to just park across the street because we we're already there. Though maybe that was the correct spot and then the parking worker was just uninformed on how tickets worked. I don't know-all I know is that parking needs to be much more clear.
The pricing is over the top. There is no reason that we paid 30 bucks for two pretzels and a one size only drink. I get it concert venues are expensive but this is just overpriced, eat before you go. I was stupid not too. Also why aren't there any lids? We we're told that they didn't have lids, you give us this big cup and expect some metalheads not to accidentally knock into us or drop it? It's an accident waiting to happen.
The area for the merch wasn't the best, mind you it's more a problem of the building and how it's shaped but allowing everyone to line up on the stairs is honestly a hazard. Though I wont be too hard here because ya know-sometimes you just gotta do what you can. So I don't blame the managers but it's a concern that might need to be taken into consideration.
And lastly-why are you guys selling tickets in seats that can't see the screen behind the band? I was in section 7 row 20 seat 15. I could see maybe a quarter of the screen which wouldn't be an issue if you hadn't had animation and videos playing for the show. What's even more confusing is that you had two perfectly nice and viewable screens on each side of the stages and failed to utulize those instead. I don't know who was in charge of what screens get what but whoever made the choice wasn't considerate of the people sitting on the far sides.
I couldn't see the animations from DeathLok nor Babymetal and it honestly hurt the experience. Maybe it was for the look of it but you're depriving people who's paid hundred of dollars the full experience when it was easy enough to just play the visuals on all the screens.
And another thing when I bought the tickets I didn't get any sort of warning about photosensitivy for the show. Imagine being a Deathlok fan and only being warned RIGHT before they begin their opening number. Theres a lack of consideration on the website for warnings this, honestly if I had been sensitive to the flashing lights a concert would be the worst place to find that out.
Other then those issues the theather was nice and the staff were friendly, clean bathrooms, clean seats and clean auditorium. I wont knock it for the merch prices, I'm sure those are not at all their choice! So overall a nice place to go too if overpriced, lack of easy parking and just needs to adjust how they present the shows so it's amazing...

Read moreMy party and I had paid for suite tickets, expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately, the service we received was far below acceptable standards.
A few menu items were not available to begin with which is totally fine so I ordered the cheese pizza and paid for it. A while later the server returned saying they were out of pizza. Since I had already paid for it, I asked for a return receipt or confirmation. All of a sudden, she acted like I had asked her something other worldly and became confrontational. She said we don’t do that, we don’t have the ability to do that. So I politely requested if she could just ask her manager if there was a way. She said, "I can ask my manager, but she won’t be able to give you anything either. We don’t do refund receipts." I said, "Okay, just let me know if there is a way," and she replied, "I know there isn’t any other way." You have to at least offer to be helpful even if you think it’s a hard ask.
The situation escalated when her manager arrived at the suite with a hostile attitude, loudly asking, "Who needs to see a pizza refund receipt?" in front of other customers in the suite. The previous server knew our seat numbers, so the loud announcement was unnecessary almost as if she wanted to the other customers to hear what was happening. When I stepped aside to explain to the manager that I simply needed to see a voided receipt for an item I had ordered and paid for and that I assured here there was no problem and everything was ok because I felt like she looked worked up and I wanted to assure her everything was fine. Her attitude abruptly changed, and she became calm. It is concerning that her approach only softened once she perceived the issue had deescalated. I felt like I was providing the customer service and not the other way round. Such inconsistent and unprofessional behaviour reflects poorly on your customer service standards.
Given that we had paid for a suite expecting superior service, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The service received was far below the standard that should be provided in such a setting. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for...
