Finally got the check out the new venue. I have to say the decoration is so one point it looks so much better than how it used to be. And security was pretty attentive with cleaning up empty cups and such as well as it used to be pretty hot here where I would always smell like beer on the inside but now it’s freezing cold they’ve got the air blasting. That’s such a great thing to see a difference on now my only problems are and I can see them being fixed so I have room for growth in my review is that the grounds get extremely sticky when it starts to get busy and the security do so much to clean up the floors with a rag real quick, but they don’t wipe it down which is the problem so it becomes extremely sticky the longer the night goes with more people spilling their drinks so me and my friends were just kind of picking her feet up, trying to not get stuck to the floor half the time as well as this then you tend to bring a lot of wasted people so I kept getting bumped into throughout the whole night, trying to dance, which is yeah normal when you were dancing on the club, but the amount of times it happens and like literally getting shoulder checked was insane here they do not have a ATM on site too, which is definitely a problem. I’m surprised they don’t even have one most bars do now. But overall, it was a pretty fun time. Definitely looking to see some things change

Last night, after carrying our broken hearts around downtown Phoenix in search of the one, my bestie and I decided to pop into Club Contact to check out the newest addition to the Gracie’s family. As longtime, faithful Gracie’s patrons, we walked in with higher-than-average hopes — but sadly, Club Contact didn’t quite live up to the magic we were wishing for. The night started off with a bit of a buzzkill: a $5 cover charge. While it’s not a huge deal, it immediately put a little space between the community-driven, come-as-you-are vibe we love about Gracie’s and the more polished, pay-to-play feel of this new concept. It just… set a different tone. Inside, the service was, unfortunately, a little less than stellar. But to be fair, it was only their second weekend open, and anyone who’s ever worked behind a bar knows the early nights can be absolute chaos. I’m giving them grace on that front — they were trying! Sure, Club Contact didn’t sweep us off our feet on the first try — but trust me, I’m no stranger to giving second chances where there’s potential. Thursday Night Singles Night is officially on my radar, and with a little luck, maybe next time I’ll leave with fewer complaints… and maybe a phone number or two.

No ego. Amazing music. Real people. Seriously the best new nightclub in PHX.

been here a couple of times and havent had a nice night once. most of the times its really dead so the vibes make you feel like a bump on a log, the days that they do manage to draw a crowd the amateur security they hire get way too intense. one time they followed one of my friends to the bathroom and kept trying to look into his stall because they “suspected something wrong”..which is insane.. ?? the door people are extremely incompetent, couple days ago i had the misfortune of visiting again and after being there for a bit my boyfriend decided to come and when he got here i asked the girl taking peoples money if i could step out for a sec to go and get him. she said yes, which isnt the first time ive asked that same girl this and theres never been a problem, but i guess this time they decided there was because as we were about to walk in one of the “securitys” told us we couldnt come in because we were “too drunk” and fully claiming my boyfriend was “stumbling across the parking lot” despite the fact that they had just seen him drive and park across the street. insanity. its really unfortunate cause its not like you can argue with these people about not being “too drunk” without looking crazy but for them to FULLY LIE and claim my fully sober boyfriend was “stumbling across the lot” is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. i also posted about this on my socials and got many replies from people who have had similar experiences and reading some of these reviews is clear that you guys need to train your staff better. DO BETTER. very little chance ill give this studio apartment dressed up as a club...
