On 05/12 my boyfriend and I visited this location for a treat and our experience was less than pleasurable. SAVANNAH the “Manager” took our order and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After everything he said it was “what else?” with so much attitude. At one point he attempted to explain to her that our order was wrong on the screen and what we actually ordered but she couldn’t even let him finish his sentence! She kept saying “ I got that already, what else?” when he finally got to tell her our order was wrong her response was “My bad” Like? … We requested to speak to the manager and guess who it was? Oh, lovely SAVANNAH. When she comes out she says “You wanted to talk to me?” not “Hi, i’m Savannah the manager how can I assist you?” I explained to her that she handled us rudely and carelessly and we basically got an “oh” she never once apologized, acknowledged or took accountability for her actions. It was all defense. She showed no leadership skills and it’s clear that she’s probably in this position more so for the money rather than anything else. She really argued with us and at the end of it all basically said “ok i understand” I would highly consider either a intervention or coaching with her going over what it takes to be someone of higher position and in customer service. The young man who served our beverages was much more polite and i’m sure he was just a standard team member.. how ironic. Read moreSo on the 12th I went here with my grandma to get drinks. I ordered a medium strawberry slush and a large ocean water slush. The girl came out with two medium drinks and I thought yea it was a simple mistake that can be fixed no problem. So I told the girl that I had ordered a medium and a large and she said “yes you did” and proceeded to hand me my drink. I then held them both up and said they’re both medium and she said “yea you got a large” this got me kinda irritate because I was trying to be nice so I said they’re the same size and definitely not large so she went back and got me my large. The next day my grandma decided she wanted to get lunch from sonic. So I go and get a bunch of food and drinks and specifically a all American hot dog(I think it’s called this). Anyway guess what? The same girl from the day before delivered the food. I get home thinking she couldn’t have messed up twice with the same person but she gave me a chili dog instead of the one I ordered. She was very rude the 2nd time I went which makes me not want to go back. i love sonic but messing up the order once might be ok but twice with the same car...

However, Had a bad experience today where i went in for a breakfast burrito with bacon (#14 on the menu) and the rep helping me didnt seem to understand andi attempted to explain that it was #14 on the menu, the breakfast burrito. When she told me it was the supersonic burrito i was trying to order, i was confused cause the menu didnt say this but i gave her the bemefit of the doubt because she works at sonic and knows it better than me. My normal burrito has bacon, eggs, and cheese. I looked at the burrito given to me when i got home and it came with 2 things that i cannot eat: jalapenos and onions, and it ultimately had to be thrown out.
