Read moreWe are giving this establishment a 4 star rating, it honestly would have been a 2 star rating if they would not have handled the issue we had the way they did. So, we commend them for their professionalism. We are a family of four with two young children that traveled to TN from northern WI for spring break. When we arrived at this establishment we were excited the atmosphere seemed great. What happened was as soon as we walked through the door we stood at the hostess station to wait to be seated. The hostess was who caused the issue for us, when she finally took the time to look at us and speak it was nothing but pure rudeness. Her exact words with a judgemental look and snide attitude were "Can I help you..?" We said "yeah we would like to get some food?" I won't go into full detail of the conversation but it ended with her basically looking us up and down, glaring at us. My three year old had told me that she wanted pizza and the hostess gave her such a glare, it took everything I had not to erupt on this lady.... anyways our waitress was AMAZING with serving us and actually brought the manager to our table so we could explain what happened. They did pay for our appetizer, which was great, the manager brought the hostess back to speak with her and we did not see her the rest of the time we were there. We did speak with multiple other employees here and they all told us that we were not the first ones that night to have issues with the hostess and her attitude. We also found out that they let go a highly appreciated sever there because of him having issues the hostess. I am sorry but the hostess is the face of the company when customers walk in. Why is this lady still there as the face of the company if employees and customers continue to have issues with her!? Other than all of that everything else was wonderful, beer was great food...
Read moreMy family of 10 (3 kids) came here on a late Thursday evening. We waited about a half hour before being sat in Antarctica. It was so cold but ourselves let us know that other parts of the restaurant were very hot. I wish I could remember her name but our sever was amazing and I gave her 5 stars for her fun attitude and professionalism. There is quite a variety in the menu so you should be able to find something for anyone. We ordered our appetizers and a short while later, ordered our food. Half the place was empty so it was surprising that our apps arrived an hour later. The pretzel with beer cheese was yummy. The spinach dip and chips tastes off. Chips were stale and the dip just didn’t taste right. We hit the 2 hour mark and we saw other tables were also having issues with their food. Our kids fell asleep at the table. We watched as our large party tables arriving after us and got their food before us. husband went over to our sever who was waiting by the kitchen that we just needed to leave. The kitchen manager yelled out that everything was done expect the kids burgers(we found out later that was not true) the kitchen manager was extremely rude and began arguing with my husband. Our food started to arrive about 5 minutes later and what a mess it was. Pizza- raw Burgers- burnt Chicken salad sandwich, bread so so hard you couldn’t bite through it Our server felt so bad and ended up removing almost everything from our bill since we couldn’t eat it. At the same time this was happening at our table, the same kitchen manager started arguing with another table about their food. Their food was also late and showed up wrong. We left angry, hungry and frustrated. Would I go back? Never If the server recognizes this post, you Are better than that horrible restaurant and they don’t deserve you. The kitchen manager needs to go back to...
