We went around 900pm on a Tuesday. First, food is on point here, wings are some of the best I've had, Soy ginger are excellent and their house sauce is really good too. Salad, bangin. Steak, bangin. Second, skip their brewery beer. I got the full flight, 10 different 5oz pours of their beers, PRICE was fantastic, I think $12 for the full flight, very cheap. It was all just ok except the Porter and the Peach I believe, they were pretty good, drinkable. The rest I shot down rapid fire after trying them all just not to waste it, not worth drinking. Third, the service was mildly bad, about a hour waiting for food. I understand 12 people is a lot, but when another group the same size comes in 15 minutes after and gets their food 15 minutes before us, I'm not going to be too happy about it. The server was ok, I understand it's probably not her fault how long it took but a little more care and explanation would have been nice. Overall, I would go back, probably earlier in the day. I would skip their beer and get something on tap not their brand. It's a cool place and good food, but just needs a few tweaks.

We had a great experience here! Very short wait and friendly staff at the door! Our server, Richie, was prompt to our table. He got our drink orders, offered us some nice options and returned with them quickly. We took a little time as first time guests to look over the menu but he was so awesome in getting the kids orders in and out to us quickly. He explained the beer flight to my husband in depth and it was fun! I also asked for a frozen drink which was good and he was sweet about the option. The food was really good. Everything we had was super flavorful. The fried pickles and potato salad were my favorites. My husbands steak was so good ad well. The kids loved their food and ate most all of it. Richie was so polite and just perfect timing with our table the entire visit. It was such a nice experience after a long day out with our two boys both under the age 6. I highly recommend this place and him as a server! Richie was great and Smoky Mountain Brewery is somewhere we will have to visit again.

Ngl, very mid. I’ve learned around here some places you just shouldn’t get food to go, you need to go inside and dine in to get the best service. I work in the service industry and know it can be challenging to get things perfect especially in very busy environments, however it is disheartening being on the other end paying nearly $70 and many things being dissatisfactory and taking it to go so no way to fix the issue because once you realize it, you’re already home. After a 35 minute wait the fries were stale, ended up not getting any jalapeño sauce put on my burger, if i wanted a plain burger I would’ve gone with the cheaper option 🥲 They forgot to give us our potato salad, the nachos were soggy already and we only live 10 minutes away. Definitely done getting to go orders from restaurants around here including this one. We have dined in here once and it was great, but sadly experiences like this make you hesitant to want to go back.

We are giving this establishment a 4 star rating, it honestly would have been a 2 star rating if they would not have handled the issue we had the way they did. So, we commend them for their professionalism. We are a family of four with two young children that traveled to TN from northern WI for spring break. When we arrived at this establishment we were excited the atmosphere seemed great. What happened was as soon as we walked through the door we stood at the hostess station to wait to be seated. The hostess was who caused the issue for us, when she finally took the time to look at us and speak it was nothing but pure rudeness. Her exact words with a judgemental look and snide attitude were "Can I help you..?" We said "yeah we would like to get some food?" I won't go into full detail of the conversation but it ended with her basically looking us up and down, glaring at us. My three year old had told me that she wanted pizza and the hostess gave her such a glare, it took everything I had not to erupt on this lady.... anyways our waitress was AMAZING with serving us and actually brought the manager to our table so we could explain what happened. They did pay for our appetizer, which was great, the manager brought the hostess back to speak with her and we did not see her the rest of the time we were there. We did speak with multiple other employees here and they all told us that we were not the first ones that night to have issues with the hostess and her attitude. We also found out that they let go a highly appreciated sever there because of him having issues the hostess. I am sorry but the hostess is the face of the company when customers walk in. Why is this lady still there as the face of the company if employees and customers continue to have issues with her!? Other than all of that everything else was wonderful, beer was great food...

My family of 10 (3 kids) came here on a late Thursday evening. We waited about a half hour before being sat in Antarctica. It was so cold but ourselves let us know that other parts of the restaurant were very hot. I wish I could remember her name but our sever was amazing and I gave her 5 stars for her fun attitude and professionalism. There is quite a variety in the menu so you should be able to find something for anyone. We ordered our appetizers and a short while later, ordered our food. Half the place was empty so it was surprising that our apps arrived an hour later. The pretzel with beer cheese was yummy. The spinach dip and chips tastes off. Chips were stale and the dip just didn’t taste right. We hit the 2 hour mark and we saw other tables were also having issues with their food. Our kids fell asleep at the table. We watched as our large party tables arriving after us and got their food before us. husband went over to our sever who was waiting by the kitchen that we just needed to leave. The kitchen manager yelled out that everything was done expect the kids burgers(we found out later that was not true) the kitchen manager was extremely rude and began arguing with my husband. Our food started to arrive about 5 minutes later and what a mess it was. Pizza- raw Burgers- burnt Chicken salad sandwich, bread so so hard you couldn’t bite through it Our server felt so bad and ended up removing almost everything from our bill since we couldn’t eat it. At the same time this was happening at our table, the same kitchen manager started arguing with another table about their food. Their food was also late and showed up wrong. We left angry, hungry and frustrated. Would I go back? Never If the server recognizes this post, you Are better than that horrible restaurant and they don’t deserve you. The kitchen manager needs to go back to...
