McDonald's — Restaurant in Pikesville

This was a quick trip for lunch and this McDonald's was on the way to my location I was going to. So I stopped in, went to the drive-thru and ordered the Big Mac meal and the Double Cheeseburger meal for my husband. The menu board still had the previous order on it and the crew member said "hello - what would you like to order"? I told him I'm not sure as I cannot see the menu - he said just tell me what you want?! I then said can you clear the board from the previous receipt and I can tell you? I place my order and drove around to the pay window. Order total: $17.47 - I gave the young lady $20.50 she should have given me $3.03 in change, but she gave me $2.78 ..... Where's my quarter? You really need to train the employees in customer care - Greeting and Money Management? It's just a quarter, but make sure that the customer gets the correct...

Placed my order. Went through drive through. They couldn't find it. Come inside. Ask for assistance. They claimed I picked the food up already. Which after he watched the camera he saw that was a lie. He calls his store Manager. Talks to her in SPQNISH. She must have thought she was clear to speak FREELY, NOt knowing he had her on Speaker. Went to this McDonald’s to get food. While waiting for almost an 1 hour for my food they gave me solid cold food. I asked them for fresh fries and nuggets they yell at me saying I always asking for hot food and they won’t serve me again for fresh food. I ordered my food on the McDonald’s app to pickup they going to tell me you need to press cook to order and I told them there was no option to say cook to order. So there is a lot of Spanish people working in there can they don’t treat no one with respect. They tell at you cause we asked for fresh food, they talk about you in there language and they think I didn’t understand what they said.
