Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pine Castle

Ryan and Juriel are incompetent and that's the nicest thing I could say about them. They say NO more than any staff I've ever heard.

I placed a curbside order prior to 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:03 and entered my spot number. At 1010 no one came out. In the meantime, everybody was in the drive-thru and everybody who walked into place an order came out with their food. The order was nothing special egg and chicken on an English muffin that's it. I went inside and I asked where my order was? They said oh we're still waiting on the product to come out. I said couldn't have someone came out to tell me that the order would be longer? He said no, we don't do that. I said the management team doesn't have any courtesy to notify people waiting who plays your order that there will be a delay? No he said. We were a party of three. I not only enjoy Chick-fil-A for their wonderful tasty menu, but also for their consistency from store to store. No matter where you go, it seems, the food is always delicious. This time, however, two of the meals seemed like they been sitting around for a while.. definitely did not live up to my expectations for a Chick-fil-A location. And the atmosphere was good even it was pretty busy just around 12:45 PM. I’m not trying to Chick-fil-A just letting Management know that we have to watch more closely how long the food is sitting before we serve it. I’m sure there’s a balance between getting the food out fast in getting the food out fresh. We got the food fast this time around. I did notice what appeared to be the manager working very hard bringing food out to people even outside the store into the mall....

I came here on the last day of my trip to Orlando last month. The food was great (or at least from what I could eat) and I got it quickly. However, one of the employees would not leave me alone for over 15 minutes while I was just trying to grab a meal before my train back home. He told me about how he got fired from his last job and shootings that had happened in the Orlando area... and one of the places he mentioned happened to be the train station I had to go to later that day to get back home.
