This is a very tiny chick-fil-a. But I'm glad they built one down here and our neck of the woods otherwise we would have to drive all the way to Southwest 184th Street.
They don't have an actual drive-thru system. What they do, because space is extremely limited, is that they have reserved parking spots. And all you do is just park in those spots, and an attendant will come and take your order and then minutes later the attendant will come back with your order. And off you go.
It's because the space or the plot of land that they put this Chick-fil-A is quite unusual. I'm used to the Chick-fil-A's in Miramar and Pembroke Pines and davie, which are all huge and have a true DOUBLE LANE functioning drive-thru.
But I realize that real estate in Pinecrest is very sought-after, and there's not much left..
Inside, you'll notice that there are very few places to actually sit down and eat. There are also maybe three or four tables outside where you can eat as well.
Since this Chick-fil-A is so small, they also don't have a kids playground area. I used to love the indoor playgrounds at the Chick-fil-A's up in Broward county. Currents could actually sit down and eat while watching their children play in this cute little air conditioning and carpeted play area. Separated by a huge piece of tempered glass, so you can always see what's going on inside.
But again, the food is the same period it's consistently excellent. The service is top notch. And we don't have to drive all the way to Southwest 186th street.
⭐ remember that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays because they observe the Lord's supper, the Sabbath day.
Most of the people that come here, are delivery drivers that come and pick up food orders to be delivered to the surrounding area. And the other bunch of people are just people that Park in those reserved parking spots, and Order their food, in lieu of the traditional drive-thru.
I do miss the old Chick-fil-A's in Broward county, they used to have kids day I think it was every tuesday, with face painting and balloons and a whole bunch of stuff. You can do this when you have a lot of space, but when you're limited to a very confined space like this location, there's only so...
Read moreThis is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in existence, and I genuinely mean that. If you think you’re walking into the usual clean, fast, friendly, efficient experience Chick-fil-A is famous for — think again. This location is a complete disaster, and the fact that corporate hasn’t stepped in is shocking.
First off — no drive-thru. What kind of Chick-fil-A opens without a drive-thru in MIAMI? But whatever, I tried curbside instead. Big mistake. I sat in my car like a fool for over 30 minutes, watching employees wander around aimlessly, bringing nothing. No communication. No updates. Nothing.
Eventually, I had to get out, walk inside, and lo and behold — my food was just SITTING there on a counter, stone cold. Nobody brought it out. Nobody said a word. Just a sad bag of soggy fries and cold chicken waiting to die.
Here’s where it goes from bad to absolutely unacceptable: I spoke to the “manager” — and I use that term loosely — and they could not have cared LESS. No apology. No refund. No explanation. Not even the bare minimum fake customer service. I’ve gotten more compassion from airport TSA agents.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A name. It’s clear whoever owns or runs this franchise has no business operating a lemonade stand, let alone a nationally respected restaurant. The entire team looks checked out. Zero accountability. Zero pride in their work. Zero urgency. ZERO standards.
If I were Chick-fil-A corporate, I would be embarrassed to have my name on this building. Honestly, the franchise rights need to be revoked. This store is killing your brand reputation in Pinecrest.
DO NOT waste your time here. Go anywhere else. Eat dirt before you come to this location. You’ll get better service and probably...
Read moreMy order number was 284065. I ordered online ahead for curbside pickup. I arrived, entered a space number, and then told it would be 4-8 minutes for my order to be prepared ... then WHY did I order ahead of time, since nothing was waiting for me upon arrival?!? WHAT WAS THE POINT? Then, I'm brought a bag that has my name and order number on it, I thank the guy and drive away -- and MY ORDER is someone else's (because its certainly not what I ordered). Next, I looked at the order receipt, and the website, to complain... there's a feedback form that DOES NOT ASK FOR ANY CONTACT information. So, I called the restaurant, and it connects me to a national call center where the option to complain or provide feedback about an order puts me into an ENDLESS queue, where there's no hold music, no announcements, just "dead air". This is my third time to the location. The ordering process is RIDICULOUS, there's no drive-thru window, and it's my last time settling for overpriced menu items poorly fulfilled. WHO HAS TIME TO WASTE LIKE THIS, only to end up with an order badly serviced, from top-to-bottom?! At least give me the menu item I purchased, not whatever is just sitting...
