If the Avengers Had a Favorite Lunch Spot – It’d Be Vale.

Listen, I came to Vale for a healthy bowl… I left with a full stomach, a restored faith in humanity, and the belief that Allen the cashier might actually be Earth’s next Avenger.

Right as I walked in, I noticed the table next to me had actual superheroes. Thor was demolishing a sweet potato mash like it was a Frost Giant. Captain America was politely cutting into grilled chicken like it was a diplomatic mission. Even Batman was in the corner pretending he wasn’t emotionally attached to the spicy tuna bowl.

And who was keeping this high-powered crowd calm and fed? Allen. Allen isn’t just a cashier — he’s a culinary sensei. Smooth, fast, friendly, and somehow managed to convince Hulk to try tofu. TOFU.

He looked Iron Man dead in the eye and said, “Double protein? Good choice, king.” Tony nodded like he’d just gotten financial advice. Even Spider-Man thanked him twice, then tried to web-sling Allen a tip before realizing it was awkward.

As for the food? Absolute perfection. 🌱 Fresh 🔥 Flavorful 💥 Balanced like Thanos wishes he was

The kale slaw made Wonder Woman tear up. Batman tried to order seconds under a fake name. I caught Superman taking selfies with the poke bowl.

In conclusion: ✅ Food is elite ✅ Service is heroic ✅ Allen is the GOAT If there’s ever a Vale cinematic universe, Allen’s getting a spinoff.

BEWARE OF THIS NEW ESTABLISHMENT! If I can give Vale ZERO stars I would! Terrible first experience! I placed a pick up order online and received confirmation that my order was received on their end and ordered paid. When my husband arrived to pick up our dinner he was told by the employee working on the evening of Feb 16, 25 that he thought the order was an Uber order and that it had been cancelled. My husband showed him prove of order (a screenshot of my email confirmation with order details). The order was never completed and then he told my husband they would begin to make along with a nonsense excuse that made no sense (lies, lies, lies). My husband had to wait a very long time for the order and to make matters worse, when he arrived with our dinner, my order was WRONG and to add insult to injury they prepared my “BYO Small Bowl” in what appeared to be a child’s portion bowl!! They charge $15 dollars for a small adult bowl!!!!! You can get a better “healthier” portions of food at Chipotle and even pay less!!!!! My $15 dollar bowl of food I did not order went in the trash and we had to place another order of dinner for me from a more reliable and reputable vendor!!!!! People you have been warned! I found my new healthy and delicious local Restaurant here at Vale! Here, They keep it super fresh! They even make all of their sauces in house. The ambience is inviting and reflective of the Natural dishes they provide. With their bowls, you will have never-ending options and combinations for different flavors and tastes all year round.

The manager, Amanda, has incredible customer service skills! She was so inviting , pleasant and helpful with my order. Each meat dish was super fresh and delicious. Their beverage section is absolutely wonderful, providing various types of natural lemonades and other drinks, where they squeeze 200 fresh lemons daily into the ingredients. I highly suggest popping in, in person, as Parking is free and easy and so that you can experience ordering a bowl.
