I Love their food and their service my family and I usually go to the location by Dadeland food but this time I did NOT have a good experience with my server Meivis which I was surprise, this was my 2 nd time goin to this location and the last. I guess she was not having a good day and she should had stayed home . Terrible Service – Never Going Back
I had one of the worst dining experiences at this location in Pinecrest. Our server, Meivis J, was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I simply asked a question about our food. Instead of offering a professional response, she snapped back with, “Well, so, and…” — completely dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was charged twice, and when I calmly expressed my concern (without even raising my voice), Meivis J told me, “You didn’t give me a tip.” I replied honestly: “Not after the way you treated us.” And She just walked away. I then spoke to Liz, who claimed to be the manager. I explained everything, hoping for a resolution, but she responded with, “What do you want me to do?” Fire her? I said no but at least asked her why she charged me twice . No apology, no accountability — nothing. I said look at my bank acc she charged me twice , she said well wait until next week and come back again and if it goes thru twice and we will reimburse you. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, she ended the conversation by saying, “Well, don’t come again.”
That kind of attitude from both the server and the “manager “ is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, then I’ll gladly take her advice — and I hope others think twice before coming to...
Read moreDry, tasteless, overcooked. The eggs and potatoes could be so much more especially at a popular breakfast eatery. Requested soft scrambled, they arrived overcooked and dry. Requested potato latkes, received home fries instead. Not a big issue as I don’t like returning food. Home fries are really just overcooked, dry potato chunks. There is no art or evidence of effort at creating any sort of culinary experience (such as adding tiny bits of peppers or onions), anything to give them some moisture. The eggs taste like they came out of an overwatered vat. The bagel was also quite dry although that is less of an issue. The only thing that could be described as moist is the water and the coffee. I’ve tried omelets here as well so dry they could be used as boomerangs. I have had the French toast which is the only item that tastes very well and is made with care. There is screechy music coming out of tinny speakers which really need to be replaced. This has been an issue for years and I have never had the heart to write a true review but it is time to step up the food coming out of kitchen. Watered down dry eggs, dry, overcooked tasteless potatoes are not the way to impress anyone. On the plus side, the staff are always cheerful and attentive and I know the food is not their fault. Start fixing things at the source, the cooks, the overcooked dry potatoes, the watered down tasteless eggs. This hopefully constructive criticism is meant to be addressed by management.
