My family and I came to have some ice cream together as a family which turned into a verbal altercation between myself and staff because I chose to speak up when he staff member decided to take people that came in after my family and I while we had stood in line for a pretty long time and no one had came over to assist while we were standing in line with previous customers Michelle took it upon herself to service the people behind us though my party was large it would have been more sensible to just assist getting us out of the way when it came time for me to order my ice cream I requested to have no items that came in contact with chocolate because I am allergicThe guy that was going to make it rushed me decided that he was going to roll his eyes at me and because I had a problem with that as well I asked for the managers Name to deal with this tomorrow but instead Michelle came over and wanted to assist us I told her that she had done enough and I just one of the managers Name she then ca caught an attitude and told me that our money can be refunded and we can get out that’s when I really got upset because I have been coming here since the beginning of the stores location and to be told this in front of my children really took me to another level when I asked her for her name she told me she did not have a name Then after asking a coworker of hers she finally told me and then proceeded to spell it out for me with such a snooty attitude I do not appreciate how my family was treated tonight the service here has really gone down the guy that rolled his eyes at me is hollering across at me I held my tongue from three weeks ago when a similar incident happened and now to come here again and have to happen it’s really sad Michelle says and I quote all this over ice cream let me know that anyone can be employed here for her not to get what customer service is is beyond me ...............Also it is really hard to maintain 6 feet when there is 16 people in theWaiting area which is why my family and I waited outside until some people have paid...

I usually enjoy this place. I enjoy the ice cream and waffle bowls,but today was a disaster. I went to the counter where it said pick up.I gave the the female worker my name for the cake and she said she would get it, but then another customer came in and picked a cake out of the freezer she told me to step back and she rang him out, then she went and starting making shakes, ice cream cup for another customer, yet again another customer came in and picked a cake out of the freezer and they were rung out too, finally another customer was rung out. I went back to the counter asking for my cake and I refused to move until someone went to get my preordered and pre paid for cake. The female worker told me I need to step back so she could ring another customer out. I stood there at the counter and the customer started calling me all kinds of nasty names and insulting me. I didn't say a word I was just waiting for my prepaid cake to be brought to me. Finally the young man that was working there brought me my cake and I was leaving out the door when the customer called me the B-word.I turned back around and asked him what did he call me. What’s cool about this Creamery is their Cake Ice creams Not to mention Ice cream Cakes. How about a Blue Velvet Cake Ice Cream though! I'm drooling. I had been to many Ice cream parlors before however, What makes this place utterly visit-worthy is their Flavors. After all who doesn't wanna munch on something this cool. Given that, I do expect a wicked waffle cone too because that’s what makes the whole ice cream experience wonderful and I cannot deny the fact that their waffle cone is just scrumptious be it plain or dipped.
