This chipotle location is the most disappointing, unhelpful, and unbothered location I have ever visited. This location is most convenient for me, as it is the one nearby my gym, and oftentimes I like getting bowls to eat after working out. I will now need to go further to another location, or eat somewhere else altogether.
Today, I ordered three bowls for two friends and I. Pickup was smooth and went as it usually would. When I get home to eat, I open my bowl to see that what was supposed to be double steak, as chicken instead. That’s not all. I kept eating, and to my disgusted surprise, I am unraveling three separate hairs embedded in my bowl. I pulled a hair that was stuck to a rice grain. I have never been more disgusted, and I have never lost my appetite in such a way that I did today.
These hairs were the final straw, as I have ordered from this location THREE separate occasions in the past where I have found HAIR in my bowl. It honestly became a gamble as to whether my bowl or burrito would have hair or if the protein would get mixed up incorrectly. I try to give places and people the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but this was enough. I drive over in the pouring rain and try to speak to a manager. The employee at the front (had long hair and no hat, no hairnet) looks at us as if we were joking, and walks to the back with a group of employees and one person who I believe to be the manager, and instead of bringing the manager, I see them yelling amongst each other and them being sent back to me. The employee says they are unable to refund us and we have to go through the customer service process over the phone. Once again, with a blank look on their face and without any sympathy for the situation.
I am currently still disgusted, frustrated, and feel sick as to what I experienced today. They also were not at all busy tonight, so the ability to fix the issue could have been resolved swiftly and easily but instead chose to make me go through the stressful process of speaking with customer service (which I have been for the past 1 hour with no results). I will not be returning to this location, and sincerely hope these employees go through new training for health and food safety codes and conditions, and receive new...
Read moreI’m sad to say after my interview experience with chipotle over the past two weeks, chipotle will no longer be getting my business or my moms. On this past Monday I went in for my second interview and was told that I got the job and to come back on Friday. After waiting over a week to do paperwork and being told, I have a job and being sent the welcome to chipotle paperwork stating that I was hired. They then tell me that they cannot hire me AFTER SENDING ME MY WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE NEW HIRE PAPERWORK even though I put in a two weeks notice when I worked for them back in 2019 which is standard for any job and what I was instructed to do by the gym at the time 15 hours or less back in 2019 but decided to put me down terminated WHEN I PUT IN A TWO WEEK NOTICE which is not termination. Seriously chipotle please do not sit here and tell me you couldn’t look that up ahead of time instead of wasting my time for two weeks when I could’ve had a job somewhere else. Also, here’s another thing that really upset me whatever the name of the hiring manager lady was but She had no empathy for my situation, and when she that they couldn’t hire me anymore and that my job offer was no good now even though they told me I had the job and even sent me the welcome to chipotle paperwork all she could say in an exasperated, an empathetic tone was “I’m sorry have a nice or whatever I guess”… real nice how you treat people and promise someone thing and have them waiting for over two weeks that I actually wanted to work for you, but now I have lost literally all respect. I have since found a job, but you guys need to clearly train whoever your apprentices that interviewed me and was doing the hiring paperwork with me before she told me I don’t have a job now needs to be retrained especially on her horrendous attitude. I always ask for extra rice and beans and at all the chipotles I've been to I've always gotten it but this time I didn't she repeated back to me said ok then never gave it to me and they had a line so they were rushing everyone instead of listening to the customer spending 30$ you would think you should get what you pay for everytime my bowl is always overflowing out the bowl this time after all the toppings put on it wasn't even half full they were very stingy! I was so pissed if I ask for something being I'm paying for it then I should get it they have never once did so badly making food as they did today I barely even had meat! I left and was so pissed I called and complained I wasn't wanting to bring the food back and cause a problem but I felt very cheated so when I called I first got a regular employee just saying I'll bring it up at the next meeting and not even offering me to speak to the manager until I asked if something could be done so I then spoke with the manager she explained I should have been given what I had asked for and she will tell them to slow down and I told her I'm bringing the food back and want a full refund she said that's fine. When I get there the manager comes out and has the cashier refund me my money after she checked to make sure I brought all the food back and after I was given the refund she whispered to the employee who was making the food and who didn't give me my extra food I asked for or even the normal amount and told her if someone Ask for extras just give it to them and was smiling and laughing about it!
