Items we were trying to order were not available (topped tostones and mac and cheese). We had 4 dinners and asked for 15 curry mustard sauce (the small containers you get with your meal). Your website states you can have up to 7 per dinner. We asked for way less than 7 each for the 4 dinners. The person taking the order asked if it was OK to put the sauce in a larger container. We said OK since there were no small containers that were pre-made of curry mustard. The person putting together the condiments said, "They want 15" in a disbelieving tone. She then put the sauce in one of the containers that is used for the beans, which is a 5 1/2 ounce container. Since we ordered food for 2 houses we asked for a 2nd container. The girl flounced away and came back and said we would be charged, or she could make up 15 small containers at no charge. I was shocked as we were trying to make it easier on staff, but we did not want to pay for condiments that normally come with the dinner. We told her to make up 15 small containers, which she did and half filled. She dumped the curry mustard out of the larger container and got it in about 8 small ones, so she ended up making more work for herself. Then they told us the order was ready, but we always check before we leave and they forgot 3 things. We had them make the forgotten things and we were on our way. Sweet plantains were hard and inedible. Both the Yucca bites and the Nutella Empanada were so greasy they were inedible as well. Final straw we had raw chicken (see attached photo). We threw the food out and had to go somewhere else for dinner. Are you trying to make customers sick? Not happy that we basically spent $45 for food that was sub-par and had to be thrown away and then had to pay for dinner...
Read moreThe food is hit or miss. I frequent this location often, usually twice on the weekends for lunch since it’s a solid place for healthy fast food. You never really know what you’re gonna get. Chicken is sometimes charred beyond recognition but sometimes amazing. Portions are all over the place. And everything is served in styrofoam...it’s rather bizarre actually. And don’t bother asking for a replacement if there is an issue. The one thing that is inconsistent is the horrendous customer service. The staff are abismal and I attritbute that to management - they follow their lead. It is evident in the way shift leaders (or managers) speak to staff and customers that they have no respect for anyone. I can hardly believe what I witnessed on a recent trip when a woman at the counter had to argue with the manager that an employee failed to give her credit card back the night before. The guy was so rude..I’ve never seen anything like it. This woman just wanted them to look for it and it was obvious they hadn’t despite the obvious communication they previously had. Then minutes later the woman comes back and the staff magically find her card. Then the manager had the nerve to argue with her. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. This guy should have been pleading for forgiveness since he clearly never even bothered to look for her card and was beyond rude AND IT WAS THERE TH E WHOLE TIME. that pretty much sums up an experience at this location. And just to be extra thorough, the place is filthy, garbage cans overflowing constantly and sauce bar is no better. The place is a disaster and is in business in spite...
Read moreThis location is by far the best location I have eaten at in the state of Flat. I have traveled through out the this state and have had some issues with other store . by far this store is the cleanest and well maintained. Other location have been dirty to down right discussing. Always I have notified the location managers but upon trying so said locations nothing or little was improved on. You would the corporate would have regional quality control????. Maybe they do but like the "bad" stores, but their inconsistent or just don't care. The food tastes differ trim store to store. Some I had to "drown" the chicken I BBQ sauce because the seasoning was so strong and bad. Others the chicken was over cooked and tasteless. This store on Park Blvd has always delived on quality meals. I now drive out of my way to eat here when in town rather than visit the store on Waters Ave, (which is dreadful, the condiments station is messy. Onions look as if they have soaked in water for hours, sauces and are empty frequently). I did speak with Steve the manager of the Park Blvd just to compliment him and this location. Job well done. Food is superior to other stores and it is consistent. Corporate needs more management like him and overhaul its quality control and standardize them. But most of all check stores to see if standards are being followed. Again thank you Steve for listening and kudos on your team, they were pleasant and service was...
