Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

Ring me up for the wrong thing. Then told them she told me i would have to repay for the food i was supposed to receive. Then i called when i got home because they forgot my quesadilla. I said i have my receipt I’ll be calling in the morning. She proceeded to tell me that i didn’t need her name and she has my phone number as if it was a threat. So in my defense will call tomorrow to speak to gm I went to the Taco Bell on 5th ave afterwards to get correct food. AND THEY WERE GENEROUS. GREAT AND FAST. Never dealt with such a sour hand before I’ve had people pocket my money and charge my card when I’ve done half cash half card. But I’d rather deal with that all day than someone who is verbally rude absolutely no customer service. It is beyond me that someone can act such a way. SERIOUSLY SICKENING. I’ve worked in the food industry. Mistakes happen sometimes we hear wrong and sometimes us customers say the wrong thing.. but as humans being in this world we all come together and fix it especially in the food industry. Not telling someone they have to repay for the food all over again nor belittling them asking them if they are okay. I was perfectly fine just a exhausted mom who’s been on go moving things for 2 days. I hope the person who did all this reads this and grows from the terrible attitude. I hope whatever lemons are getting thrown her way are able to squeezed out to bring an appeasing attitude and having customers leave happy. I will not return to this Taco Bell. Fairly new to this area and have endured so much terrible customer service from the fast food joints over here. Never knew there were just such sour...

Never had any issues at this location before, employees always very nice and helpful. I’ve also never had any issues with mobile order. But that changed tonight. I ordered about $15 worth of food and when I arrived at this location the line was very long. I have a lot of patience especially when it’s busy. I waited about 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. I said I was picking up a mobile order and they told me to pull to the window. We waited another 10 minutes before getting to the window and when we arrived the employee Seemed confused like she didn’t have it. Another employee comes over and said they didn’t get the order until now and that it wasn’t ready and if we could pull around and park and they would bring it out to us or we can come inside. At this point we have already waited 30+ minutes. They did not check us in for the mobile order at the speaker like they were supposed to and then acted like they didn’t get the order until we got to the window even though I had ordered it 30 minutes prior. We waited in a parking spot for 15 minutes when my roommate went inside to check on it. She then texted me and told me they hadn’t even started making it yet so she then told them to just cancel so we could leave. They then gave my roommate extreme attitude and was very rude to her for canceling. I get that it was a busy night and a very long line but we were waiting almost 45 minutes for a mobile order that was ordered an hour ago. Never had an issue with disrespectful employees at this...

Ordered food ahead of time, was given the wrong food (was given some girls uber order instead). When I called nobody picked up the phone. I drove there and then proceeded to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes while receiving multiple dirty looks from the workers there. One of the men there were than told that I was there waiting for awhile (who had seen me multiple times and decided to continue pacing around doing absolutely no work) and then he had an outburst yelling "well why i gotta do it" than proceeded to grab a young lady who I had seen slightly around a corner but I doubt had seen me in the lobby at all and was actually working and forced her to come tend to me. Once I informed her of the situation the same man who had been doing absolutely nothing but pacing around decided to yell and complain saying it was a waste of time and we should just take what we were given than proceeded to take his gloved off and walk away because he obviously wanted to push the work on to all of the females that were working with the attitude of a high schooler as well. This also comes with the fact that the facility was extremely dirty and there was food all over the floor and looked like nothing had been wiped down the entire night which obviously I had only noticed when I saw it from inside the lobby. I didn't catch his name as I couldn't read his nametag but this occurred on 4/9/2025 around midnight to 1 am.
